Excellent experience, the accommodation has indoor parking included in the price and this is definitely useful as it is a short walk from the ZTL. Valentina was extremely courteous, allowing us to park and pick up the car outside check-in and check-out hours. Very nice and cool accommodation, given the period structure (we wondered why there was no air conditioning: probably because it is not needed, 31° day but slept with pajamas and under the sheet), perfect location within walking distance from the heart of the city, a few meters from the XNL where exhibitions and events are held (we were also here for the Fattori exhibition) and the delicious Ricci Oddi art gallery (absolutely recommended). Great experience, certainly to be repeated when the opportunity arises. Thank you.

Simona's apartment is really beautiful, tastefully furnished, very spacious and, last but not least, very clean. Inside there is really everything you need, both for short stays but also for very long stays. The area is very quiet and sheltered, perfect for relaxing a few days away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Finally, what makes this home even more special are Simona and her family, truly friendly, sunny and helpful people. Thank you for everything Simona, we will definitely be back!

Very clean, very modern and beautiful apartment. A working weekend away from home, made much lighter by the comfort of the accommodation and the bed. Very quiet, residential area. Giuseppe is very kind and helpful, I highly recommend!
