We offer a bright, very spacious, cozy and fully furnished attic apartment. The very large balcony (about 3 x 7 m) with a western orientation has a high leisure and recreational value, especially in the evening. Our house is idyllically located on the outskirts of a well-kept Lübbener suburb. Lübben as a gateway to the Ober- and Unterspreewald is an excellent starting point for excursions to both regions. Our house was built in 1897 by our great-great-grandparents Carl & Marie and has been renovated in recent years by my family. It is located in Storkow, a small town in Brandenburg, 60 km southeast of Berlin city center. The house has two separate apartments, one on the first floor and one in the attic, which are rented separately. This is the listing for the attic apartment. If both apartments are rented, they can be connected via a door on the first floor.
