Rukmani is very helpful. I had a. One year old with me , She guided me as to what I can carry with me to prepare for her. What kitchen items are available that can be hellful for me.i requested an early check in. She managed to keep the place ready before we arrived. Felt very homely. My daughter enjoyed the pool and the place. She had enough space to move around and play. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place that’s homely safe and private.

Words aren’t just enough to describe our heartfelt stay at Sol Banyan/Tisya stays. Everything was beyond perfect including the property cleanliness, amenities and ambience. There is a different vibe to this place, just exactly what we wanted in this vacation. I would like to particularly thank Nishant for providing early check-in upon request and being so hospitable. Also, Debasis was very helpful too. He arrange complete decoration of the room as per my request for our anniversary.

We had a wonderful stay at this home in Candolim! The place was exactly as shown in the pictures—beautifully decorated, clean, and very spacious. The amenities provided made our stay extremely comfortable. The location was perfect—close to all key spots yet peaceful. Special thanks to the host, Basappa, for being super responsive and helpful throughout. Highly recommended for families and groups looking for a cozy and well-maintained stay in Goa!

We all friends had a Zindagi Milegi Na Dobara Experience. The host was great in accommodating 6 stag friends which many accommodations don't generally do so. Highly recommend this place to other ppl who wants to travel to North Goa.

Overall everything was great, including the place, host, location, surroundings, amenities and the rooms. Each and everything was perfectly curated and was in perfect condition. The Host was super responsive and was proactively helping us with whatever we needed. Surely recommending to everyone.

Loved the place, specially the setup. The apartment is in close proximity to grocery stores, food joints and liquor stores. Marlene was very helpful and responsive at all times. This place has made it to my visit again list

We had a wonderful stay at the villa! It was in excellent condition and perfectly suited for our group of 7 friends. The location is fantastic—just a short walk to beautiful beaches and great cafes. Myself and 8 friends had a fantastic stay during our time in Candolim. The receptionist staff were so helpful in recommendations and taxi organisation and the cleaning staff kept the villa incredibly clean. The villa was beautiful with stunning decor, it was clean and the amenities were great. Highly recommend for both friends or families! The villa is also located in a private complex which is very safe, it is a short trip from several beaches and local restaurants and bars. Couldn’t recommend more!

We 10 members had a wondeful stay at this property . Property amenities is as mentioned in the Photos, we had nice time at swimming pool . Food is the highlight of our stay, Bhagawan is the one who loves to prepare food as per our desire & request. Room maintenenace is also very good, except the first floor last ( Big size) room Airconditioning . It makes noice and not able to generate the enough chillness. AC service to be done. We are sure in our next visit also we will prefer stay in this property only.

It was an amazing stay at Candolim and Naveen was a gracious host. A special shout out yo Krishna the care faker of the property who was kind and responsive and very helpful. The property is very close yo the beach and our daughter had a wonderful time.

We had a comfortable stay! The house was clean and organised and the location of the property is awesome! Beach view from the Porch is definitely the USP of the property.

Our stay was only booked for 4 nights initially but we extended our trip with two children for another 3 nights as the place was so comfortable and clean. John and Johnita were kind, friendly and generous hosts who went out of their way to help us where they could , whether that be lifts or recommendations. Drinking water is also provided. The apartment was spotless, with two messy children and lots of wiping the floor, the cloth would always be clean, no dust or dirt. Highly recommend this apartment for families or anyone looking for a comfortable and peaceful stay.

We had a great time at Peter’s place. The space is exactly what you see in the pictures, it’s clean and spacious. Thanks to the caretakers (Umesh and his spouse) for the amazing breakfast every morning:)

Definitely a recommended property, I stayed with my family for three days and there is nothing I can think of as an opportunity in this property. Ritu made me feel at home, we enjoyed preparing our own food, very calm and peaceful society. Perfect option for a family of 2 to 3 members. I will prefer staying here if I ever travel down to Goa again. Nearby beaches are within 20 mins. Thank you Ritu for being there everytime I required assistance.

The place was very neat and clean including all kitchen utensils, looks exactly same as photos, near to condolim beach and sinquerim beach. Good host and care taker both

Had a fantastic stay at Nidhi’s place! She was incredibly helpful and responsive, always quick to assist with anything we needed. The property was spotless and fully equipped with all the promised amenities. The highlight was definitely the balcony and the unbeatable proximity to the beach, just steps away! Would absolutely love to stay here again.

Firstly, the property is located at a very great location. You need not worry to travel very far to find a decent place to hangout or dine in with live music. Everything is almost walkable. Along with that, the supermarket, covered the basic needs. The ambience of the property is very peaceful. Very well maintained swimming pool. Manali is very proactive and gave very clear cut instructions. She always responded in time when needed and we enjoyed our stay very much.

jen was the best host i believe in my experience until now, this was 1st time i booked thru airbnb and let me tell its great experience, i even recommended it to my colleagues and relatives especially the property was perfect and way beyond in this price range

Nice stay with a friendly host. It's within walking distance of small shops and restaurants and not too far away from the beach. The home was comfortable for a family that needed a bit of space. The security guard was helpful as well.

We had a lovely stay at this tiny yet tidy flat—perfect for two people. The space is thoughtfully maintained and has everything you need for a comfortable visit. Its location is fantastic, just a short walk to the main beaches and all the buzzing spots in Goa. One small suggestion: replacing the plastic plants with real ones would really elevate the vibe and bring a refreshing touch of nature to the space. Overall, a great stay!
