Vacation rentals with beach access in Goa

Rukmani is very helpful. I had a. One year old with me , She guided me as to what I can carry with me to prepare for her. What kitchen items are available that can be hellful for me.i requested an early check in. She managed to keep the place ready before we arrived. Felt very homely. My daughter enjoyed the pool and the place. She had enough space to move around and play. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place that’s homely safe and private.

Words aren’t just enough to describe our heartfelt stay at Sol Banyan/Tisya stays. Everything was beyond perfect including the property cleanliness, amenities and ambience. There is a different vibe to this place, just exactly what we wanted in this vacation. I would like to particularly thank Nishant for providing early check-in upon request and being so hospitable. Also, Debasis was very helpful too. He arrange complete decoration of the room as per my request for our anniversary.

I had an amazing experience staying at this Airbnb property! The rooms and interiors are exactly as shown in the photos. I even extended my stay for one more night instead of going to or booking any resort. The double balcony is absolutely perfect, and the view is so peaceful. The place is incredibly well-maintained. The kitchen is fully equipped—you’ll find everything you need. Swiggy, Zomato, and Blinkit are all available at this location, which is super convenient. The staff member, Raj, is extremely helpful and kind. He always calls ahead and asks for permission before entering the house for cleaning. Special thanks to Raj! The hosts, Mishika and Shikha, are absolutely wonderful. Thank you both for being such great hosts. Had a memorable vacation, loved the stay, and would highly recommend this place!

Located right in the heart of everything—beaches, buzzing cafes, bars, flea markets, and iconic restaurants were all just a short walk or ride away. It made exploring North Goa so effortless and fun! The host was incredibly helpful &with recommendations and super quick to respond, accommodated our requests swiftly. It was a great place and great stay for us during our recent trip. Penthouse looked as in the listing and was clean. All rooms were very spacious and had thoughtful interiors. Location is very near to the beach and also near to very wide roads. Parking was available. All facilities inside the flat was very good. There was a big pool but we did not use it. Check-in & check-out were smooth. Kyle was very responsive and friendly. He had given some suggestions for food and shopping. Overall, me/ family enjoyed the stay and would definitely recommend this place.

Had a great stay at Grants place. Nigel and grant were helpful in offering recommendations. The place was clean, very very well equipped for the 2 week stay.

Overall everything was great, including the place, host, location, surroundings, amenities and the rooms. Each and everything was perfectly curated and was in perfect condition. The Host was super responsive and was proactively helping us with whatever we needed. Surely recommending to everyone.

Location, location, location!!! We stayed at Nevis’s place for 2 weeks and it quickly became home. The bed was super comfortable and had a view to die for. Supermarkets, restaurants, doctors, motorcycle rental and grocers all within 5 minutes walk. Quiet location despite being road side. The balcony afforded both great people watching and G&T’s watching the sunsets.

It was an amazing stay at Candolim and Naveen was a gracious host. A special shout out yo Krishna the care faker of the property who was kind and responsive and very helpful. The property is very close yo the beach and our daughter had a wonderful time.

We had a great time and the place was perfect for our family with two big dogs. We experienced the wilderness, and had the comfort at the same time. The host and care taker were great and helpful. Francis helped us with food (boiled chicken) for the dogs every evening and that was a huge plus for us. The pool and jacuzzi made the stay entirely worthwhile. Finally the house has a great layout and they have done well with the details. We will look forward to being back at this place.

we came with family of 12 . Praful was very responsive always helpful and professional in our 3 days stay, breakfast was amazing. we cooked for few meals as couple of our family members were ill due to outside food we had. One day maid helped in cooking dal and rice which was extremely helpful. overall very peaceful place to stay with family with very close to main road , restaurants. thanks again Praful and their staff for maintaining the property so well.

We had a lovely time at the villa. It was super peaceful and relaxing, just what we needed to unwind. The breakfast served every morning was amazing...fresh, tasty, and a great way to start the day. The whole vibe of the place was cozy and calm, and made our stay really enjoyable. Would definitely revisit in the future.

Beautiful place with cozy vibes! The society is wonderful, peaceful, and well-maintained. Anand was an excellent host—very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Everything is good in and wonderful because the co- host and tanvi was very helpful and they do great hospitality with the traveller, the room was very clean and every item of kitchen was there , my experience is very good with the apartment.

overall we had a very pleasant stay, we did not face any issue at all. everything was well communicated and taken care of. The place is located nicely near to the beach and great restaurant yet distant enough to have a pieceful vacation without any noise There are ample great spots to hang out in evening or at the beach - everything was 5 mins away would highly recommended if you are planning to stay in palolem

A cosy aesthetic and quiet place. 5 mins walk to beach/ beach shacks and actually gets sea breeze during parts of the day. The open goa-style windows on all walls made for a great ventilation. A view of green fields from most windows is added bonus. The studio room itself is well equipped as described and is good to take care of needs of two people for short or long term stay. All appliances were fairly well maintained and functioned properly. Ritu as a host was proactive and helpful all through.
