Vacation rentals with a patio in Cala Sant Vicenç

Great time staying in this very well appointed and comfortable apartment. Quiet neighbourhood but only steps away from the lovely beach and close to shops and restaurants. We would love to come back again.

Lovely apartment. Great living space. Fantastic roof terrace. Location nice and quiet. Fiona was very helpful and responded quickly to any questions.

Well located, very clean, comfortable and well appointed. V nice stay in this pleasant apartment with beach and breakfast coffee only 5 minutes away.

The place was really great – very clean and equipped with everything you need. The terrace, where you can relax wonderfully, was particularly beautiful. Check-in was super easy and the area is very quiet – perfect for switching off. You can park on the street if you have rented a car. However, be careful not to park in yellow zones, as these are prohibited. Free parking is hard to find, especially after midnight, so sometimes you have to park a little further away and walk a bit. The location is great – especially Playa del Muro can be reached quickly and is absolutely fantastic. There were four of us there and everyone was very happy with the place. Everything was really perfect – highly recommended!

Coloma and her team at the guesthouse next door were so lovely and kind, and were especially lovely with our small children. They also provided a cot and high chair for us so we were very well set up (though I would say if you’re coming with babies, the beautiful tiles are a little hazardous for slips and falls - lovely for adults though!) The place was great overall - perfect location and lovely romantic feel to the rooms and quiet shady patio

Our stay was very pleasant. The apartment was very nice, clean and close to several restaurants, supermarket and a beautiful beach nearby. Stefanie and Miquel also helped us during our stay when we encountered a few small difficulties. Thank you for the stay and of course we will come back when we have holidays in Mallorca again. I highly recommend the place.

Hello!! Communication with Rafael and Elena is excellent. When I arrived on the date of the stay, they sent me the precise information to get to the place. Including maps and photos. Which was extremely useful to us! Check-in was very easy to do. What I have to say about the apartment is that everything is beautiful, since you can see that it is made with a lot of love, in each of its details, everything matches everything. In fact, they welcome you with a tray full of treats for the soul... chocolates, cookies, juice and even wine! The rooms are very comfortable, especially the bedrooms, which each have a storage place. A laundry room that makes the stay much easier, a spacious and complete kitchen, the ideal living room for everyone to be comfortable, a balcony terrace, where unique moments are shared, the exit to the beach, directly from the complex, is a pleasure and the best of the best...the view it offers of Alcudia beach from all environments!! If you are looking for Peace, it is there!Did I find my place in the world?

We enjoyed our stay while in Mallorca at this house! Lots of space, in an adorable beach town, and very responsive hosts. The WiFi only worked in one room (front living room), and we were not able to access it from other rooms in the house. We never used it much because we were so busy exploring the surrounding towns with beautiful beaches, so it wasn’t a huge deal. Overall would highly recommend this house to stay at while in Mallorca!

It is a fantastic location. Beautiful house, large yard with garden. And a lovely pool with sitting/reclining area. Well maintained. Contact with Juan went well. For example, we wanted extra parasols, which was quickly arranged. Driving into the road to the left towards the villa is a bit tight. That bend is impossible to negotiate. Just drive straight, turn and then it can be done from that side. Definitely recommended, a lovely villa. Also to do nothing for a day and enjoy the swimming pool.

We had a wonderful week at La Coma. Alexandra was so helpful giving us recommendations of places to go as well as lovely restaurants to try. The accommodation was perfect for our two families and the outdoor pool area was stunning. We would love to return.

Thomas’ house was magnificent, a peaceful escape for us. The house is right in the centre of the island and we were able to go to the most beautiful bays in 30-60 minutes. You can feel that the house is generally loved, the kitchen is the most useful kitchen I have ever been to, you can find all kinds of kitchen appliances. In the evenings, you can listen to the birds singing while eating in the garden. Thomas and his girlfriend were also very fast in communicating and helped us a lot with our needs. We will miss Mallorca and this beautiful house very much and I hope we will come back one day :)

Pollenca is the best place on the island to stay. It is beautiful town, with all the services and the tranquility for a daya to relax. I really recommend it.

Great villa and great location. Supermarkets nearby. Not too far to walk to the beach and old town. Would definitely recommend.

You will certainly not be disappointed or want for anything in renting this home away from home. Miguel is a very personable host that makes it his business to greet his guests on arrival and departure. He is very prepared and ready to welcome you. The house is in an excellent location and very close to the main square or downtown area of Santa Margalida, where you can dine in or take out from restaurants, bars or coffee shops. In addition, there's a grocery & butcher shop as well. Street parking is offered. The house comes with all amenities listed and is in pristine condition. There are several outdoor patios for dining. Miguel welcomed us with a fridge full of assorted drinks, dessert and a bowl full of fruit from his own land. Several of the best beaches are at most 15mins away. This property is an excellent find. I recommend Can Valenti 100%. I have decided this is my home away from home when I'm in Mallorca.

My stay was very nice, very nice place and the location and view is amazing!

We had a wonderful time at Maria’s flat. The location was perfect — in the north of the island, with easy access to beautiful, wild nature, which we really enjoyed. The flat was clean, quiet, and comfortable, and we appreciated being able to use the kitchen. Maria and her husband were kind, friendly, and welcoming hosts. They were always reachable and happy to help with anything we needed. Overall, we highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful stay in a great area. We would definitely choose to stay here again!

We had a couple of problems checking in, however Angel worked very hard to rectify them as soon as possible. He was very apologetic and ensured the rest of our stay was perfect. Great apartment in a great location.

Ralf's house was awesome! Even prettier than in the pictures! The garden is beautiful, the pool very nice. Bedding is super comfortable! The setting is very quiet. Ralf helped us with everything we needed, he is an extremely kind and helpful host, we also liked talking with him! We recommend it to all guests!

Our stay with Pedro was absolutely fantastic! He is an incredibly friendly and attentive host who went above and beyond to make our trip special. Pedro was a lifesaver, helping us organize a memorable birthday party at Tobogan. His communication was excellent; he was always quick to respond and checked in on us often to ensure we had everything we needed. The house itself was perfect, stocked with all the essentials and in a brilliant location just a short walk from the beach and public transport. We couldn't have asked for a better host or a more comfortable stay. Highly recommended!

Maxim was very communicative leading up to my stay and kept me updated on check in as I arrive long before the usual check in time. He made sure I could get in early and his son Akim checked me in and showed me around the apartment which was great! Both were very friendly, helpful and great hosts. Would definitely recommend!

A very nice accommodation, which is located almost directly on the beach - in 2 minutes you can walk to the sea. Everything else, such as supermarkets, restaurants and co. are also super fast to reach. There is also a secure extra parking area right outside the front door, which is very convenient. We were totally satisfied, the apartment is exactly as described. Akim (Maxim's son) was our contact person from the time we received the keys and is very likable and accommodating. He was available to us day and night and made our stay as pleasant as possible. We definitely recommend the accommodation and would come back again and again. :)

Clean and spacious apartment very close to the pine walk and beach with lots of restaurants within walking distance. Good sized bedrooms with plenty of clothes storage. Electric shutters are handy on the windows. Practical kitchen and living area. The kitchen is open off the living space to the right of the balcony doors. Utility room houses a washing machine, iron etc. Everything worked properly including the air con and shower. Parking was ample all round the apartment building. Appreciated the bottle of wine and 6l of water on arrival.
