It is a cozy house with a lot of soul. The decoration recalls wonderful places in the world, memories of my travels. The location is perfect to enjoy the sea or the mountain, 3 minutes from them. It is a very comfortable house, to enjoy as a couple or family of the terraces that surround the house, of the 3 bedrooms, large dining room, open kitchen and a lot of garden. Surrounded by a garden, the house faces a large swimming pool in a quiet environment with views on the Sierra de Tramuntana. The city center of Soller is at a walking distance. The house enjoys a vast space that includes a modern kitchen entirely equipped, a dining room with a long table and a comfortable living room with a chimney. Up to 8 people can comfortably stays in the house which has 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and a toilet. It is also very well equipped (A/C, heating,….).

Our home, located in a unique spot, with the help of the swimming pool and the memories that you may have taken away from the cove, may make you come back again, perhaps in 2023.

Can Botana 6 is the last house on the upper part of the Can Botana Tourist Apartments Complex. It has 2 floors. Access is through a front terrace to the ground floor where there is a living room, kitchen, double bedroom and a toilet with shower. Upstairs, there are three double bedrooms. The main one, has a bathroom with en-suite shower and a terrace with a view towards the beach. This floor also has a full bathroom with a bathtub.

You are going to love my place because it is a cozy space, you have the sea right at your feet, unparalleled views from this "Lookout" apartment in the Cala San Vicente (Pollença) neighborhood. IT is part of a small complex, built on a hill with just 18 units (each one with a private entrance). It has a shared pool and even a staircase that goes down the rocks directly to the sea.. My accommodation is good for couples.
