We rent our cozy apartment in this wonderful north part of Mallorca. Apartment of 40m2, with one bedroom, bathroom, wardrobe and livingroom with a kitchen and a sofa bed. The apartment is brand new and it's only 100m far from one of the best beaches in Mallorca with better water (Cala Molins). The apartment has also a laundry, with washer machine shared with the owners. Car park is fully guaranted in this zone. You can park the car on the same street for free, or also into two publics car parks (free also) just infront of our house. Children are very wellcome to our apartment, and it's free of charge for children under two years. We also have a cradle in case you need it.

Charming and beautiful house with garden

It is a cozy house with a lot of soul. The decoration recalls wonderful places in the world, memories of my travels. The location is perfect to enjoy the sea or the mountain, 3 minutes from them. It is a very comfortable house, to enjoy as a couple or family of the terraces that surround the house, of the 3 bedrooms, large dining room, open kitchen and a lot of garden. Intimate, silent and practical. Kitchen and bathroom renovated. You will love her as I do. The photos are not fair to reality;(

Can Botana 6

Can Botana 6 is the last house on the upper part of the Can Botana Tourist Apartments Complex. It has 2 floors. Access is through a front terrace to the ground floor where there is a living room, kitchen, double bedroom and a toilet with shower. Upstairs, there are three double bedrooms. The main one, has a bathroom with en-suite shower and a terrace with a view towards the beach. This floor also has a full bathroom with a bathtub.

This is a comfortable country house for 4 people, it has been completely restored recently, combines contemporary design with comfortable and elegant furniture with traditional looks.

Ideal to disconnect from everyday life. We also offer a nice fireplace for the nostalgic of the cold, and we make available firewood for its use.
