We rent our cozy apartment in this wonderful north part of Mallorca. Apartment of 40m2, with one bedroom, bathroom, wardrobe and livingroom with a kitchen and a sofa bed. The apartment is brand new and it's only 100m far from one of the best beaches in Mallorca with better water (Cala Molins). The apartment has also a laundry, with washer machine shared with the owners. Car park is fully guaranted in this zone. You can park the car on the same street for free, or also into two publics car parks (free also) just infront of our house. Children are very wellcome to our apartment, and it's free of charge for children under two years. We also have a cradle in case you need it.

It is a cozy house with a lot of soul. The decoration recalls wonderful places in the world, memories of my travels. The location is perfect to enjoy the sea or the mountain, 3 minutes from them. It is a very comfortable house, to enjoy as a couple or family of the terraces that surround the house, of the 3 bedrooms, large dining room, open kitchen and a lot of garden. Intimate, silent and practical. Kitchen and bathroom renovated. You will love her as I do. The photos are not fair to reality;(

Our home, located in a unique spot, with the help of the swimming pool and the memories that you may have taken away from the cove, may make you come back again, perhaps in 2023.

It has 2 floors, four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a toilet, a full kitchen and two pleasant terraces overlooking the Sierra de Tramuntana and partial views of the sea. It is decorated in a very cozy Mediterranean and contemporary style with all amenities.

The spacious, private sun terrace (approx. 60 m²) is partly covered. It enjoys beautiful views and you can sun bath or enjoy your meals. Within walking distance there are many restaurants, cafes and bars and also shops where you can buy provisions.

Beautiful country house located 5 minutes by car from downtown Sóller and 10 minutes from Pto de Sóller by car, it is a house overlooking the mountain of the Serra de Tramuntana, surrounded by lemon and orange trees, almond trees and with an orchard where you can enjoy all its vegetables.

It has 2 bedrooms (one double and one with two single beds), air conditioning along with all the equipment. Due to the Balearic law, you have to pay the eco-tax, which is 2 euros per person per night for those over 16 years of age.
