We called this villa REAL apartment structure because everything you will find in here is pure truth,the apartment is composed of kitchen,bathroom and bedroom , outside we have a large gazebo where we make very tasty seafood grills with our customers , 200 meters away we have the supermarket despar and fruit vendor and we are 5 minutes by scooter from downtown and the sandy beaches. My house, in the beautiful cove of Guitgia, the largest, equipped beach on the island, is 2 steps (30 meters) from the sea. It consists of a double bedroom, a living room with a 2-seater sofa bed (150 cm wide), suitable for 2 children or 1 other adult, a bathroom with a shower, and a super-equipped kitchen. The best thing: a large, well-furnished covered terrace where you can spend hours relaxing and stop for lunch and dinner.
