The staff were excellent. Very friendly and accommodating. Couldn't have been happier with the stay.

Wayne’s place was very clean and comfy for family of 4 to stay. Would recommend to others who are seeking for an accommodation that is near Cairns city.

Nice stay, as described. You can tell effort and thought has been put into the property's presentation and the guest experience. Staff very nice, pool looked lovely and nice music playing in the room on arrival was very welcoming. Basic bathroom, basic kitchen equipment but adequate. Salt&pepper sachets and a generous amount of milk are provided and breakfast is available daily. The only drawback was the difficulty i had getting my heavy suitcase up the external flight of stairs, getting it down in the morning even harder. Others with disabilities consider asking for a ground floor room or if assistance is available. Would stay again.

Beautiful apartment with separate entertaining area and spa overlooking the pool. 2 minute walk to the beach and heaps of restaurants on the doorstep. We loved our stay and will definitely be back. Sharyon was a great host!

Awesome hostel, felt right at home. All travellers there are really friendly & chill. Really great design of the entire place which clearly years of hard work & thought have gone into.

This was the second time we stayed at The Beach Club because we loved it sooo much. Had an amazing, relaxing time and can't wait for stay number 3. I would highly recommend this property!

We loved this apartment and the Resort it is in, so much to do there. Had a great 3 days there with our toddler. The apartment very well furnished and equipped with everything you need and Super comfortable. Palm Cove is amazing, loved just walking outside the resort to beach, shops and another amazing restaurant every day. Only regret we didn’t stay longer!

Perfect location right in the middle of the esplanade. Great cafe right out the front. Room was larger than expected with a couch as well which was a pleasant surprise.

Definitely will come back again, such a beautiful place! and Tegan is a really responsible person, I always get her responses in a short time. Love everything!

The staff were welcoming and friendly and the property was well maintained. It’s worth noting that we had to carry our bags up several flights of stairs so people who would struggle with that may need to request a downstairs room.

This place! It is so apparent that the owners love what they do, as there is so much care put into every detail. Rooms are cleaned so well between each guest, rules are respectfully given without being obnoxious, and they are followed by guests, which means the kitchen, dishes, bathrooms, common areas are kept clean, roommates are generally quiet and respectful, and the peaceful, tropical setting is a perfect place to just chill. Highly recommend staying here!

매우 깨끗하고 넓고 쾌적해서 좋았다 라군까지 걸어서 20분이면 갈 수 있었고 걸어서 15분 거리에 마트가 있어 음식을 사다 먹기 좋았다 샤워부스가 생각지도 못하게 오픈되어있는 구조라 당황스러웠고 샤워할때마다 샤워실이 물바다가 되어 곤란했지만 욕조가 있어 배쓰밤을 사용한다거나 할 수 있어 좋은것같다 방음도 나쁘지 않게 되지만 화장실과 외부의 방음은 전혀 되지 않아 밤새 밖에서 소리지르는 소리를 들을 수 있다

The unit is clean, neat, tidy and spacious. Access to the second floor was by lift with a secure underground car park and secure access to the grounds. A lovely Thai restaurant is in the grounds and a general store and alcohol available.

We enjoyed our stay at Reef Palms. There was no trouble with the check in, and the room was very tidy and clean. Would come again.

Loved my stay at Floriana’s. Extremely relaxing and peaceful experience. Room was spacious and classy. Will book here again if I’m ever in Cairns. Special shoutout to the staff who were so helpful. Thanks guys.

Amazing stay! Beautiful, recently renovated rooms, a new restaurant downstairs with delicious food and the managers customers service was exceptional! He took the time to walk me up to my room and show me around the property despite being a late booking and evening check in and accommodated all of my requests. I can’t say enough great things about this place. If I ever return to Cairns I will 100% book this place for my full stay! Thank you so so much!
