Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Cairns

Our family of three loved the place immediately! Very good space, full amenitities, very pretty, clean and comfortable. It is in tip top condition all around. Worth every dollar! We would highly recommend it to anyone visiting to Cairn!

Absolutely stunning treehouse in beautiful Trinity beach. The location was fabulous for a trip to Cairns. The house was just divine and looked better than expected from the pictures. The garden was magnificent and it was just the perfect place to stay for a tropical holiday in relaxing surroundings. Would highly recommend this property and would love to return one day. Carmen was very helpful and generously offered earlier check in and check out if required which was greatly appreciated.

Wow is the first word that comes to mind. This house was super cool with tons of windows and an incredible view of the beautiful north Queensland has to offer. As big wildlife folks were were not disappointed. Definitely worth a stay if you want to enjoy the forest and a more natural setting.

Very nice relaxing quiet place. Julie looked after us well even providing 6 nice fresh eggs from her chickens. Would recommend.

Our stay at this place was perfect from start to finish. The location, just behind the Botanical Gardens in Cairns, is peaceful, lush, and still well connected. The accommodation was very clean, beautifully maintained, and exceeded all our expectations. Erina and Carl were always available, incredibly friendly, thoughtful, and helpful. We felt welcome and well looked after from the moment we arrived. I can highly recommend this place and would gladly stay here again.

Graham and Leigh were wonderful hosts. Their communication and care for our comfort was top notch. Their place was great for our family of six. Plenty of space for our kids to sleep and play games. The house was centrally located to all our activities in Cairns, Kuranda, and Port Douglas. We would have been perfectly happy staying at the house and taking in the view though. The view was breathtaking. If we ever find ourselves in Australia again we would definitely stay at Graham and Leigh’s.

The home was amazing. Met all our expectations. The outdoor and indoor spaces were amazing. Very clean. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would definitely stay again.

I loved staying at Helen and Daryl‘s igloo at Trinity beach. Absolutely fantastic location right across the road from a beautiful peaceful beach. A short walk to gorgeous restaurants and great places to shop. It’s right in the heart of Trinity Beach which I think is even nicer than Palm Cove. The igloo was spacious and comfortable in every way. Comfy bed and pillows Etc. Big TV and everything you need in the modern kitchen. And a modern bathroom. Helen was also very generous with leaving some treats in the fridge for us. So thoughtful with all of their touches throughout. I would come and stay in a heartbeat and I’m looking forward to coming back soon. I Highly recommend staying at this gorgeous igloo.

Andrews house was just as he described. It was very comfortable, aircon works perfectly in all rooms, the beds were very good quality and very comfortable. Fresh and clean linens. I was travelling on a work trip with my colleague, having the two separate wings in the apartment was ideal. we made the most of the big balcony that looks out over the range. Andrew was excellent to deal with, we would highly recommend.

Great place to stay!The location is perfect as it's close to shopping restaurants as it's right in the heart of Cairns yet there was no road noise. The apartment is very nice with everything you could need. The pool is lovely too and kept at a nice temperature for a swim. Peter the host was so friendly and helpful. Thoroughly recommend this lovely apartment!

Great location, close to shops, transport and even had their own convenience store within the apartment block.

The standout here was the location. It is right in the middle of everything. Eateries are minutes from the accommodation. The accommodation itself was clean and pleasant. Communication with the owners resulted in speedy replies.

We had a great stay at Bonnie's place. She communicated well and her place has all the amenities as described in the listing. You can walk to Cairns CBD within 40min but there are also bikes available. We did not use these because we had a bit of bad luck with torrential rainfall during our stay. Nonetheless, we can recommend Bonnie's place without hesitation.

Great location, lots of restaurants close by! View from the balcony was really nice. Would definitely recommend especially for the price.

Highly recommend Anne's place. A fabulous apartment in a gorgeous Resort! The spa on the balcony was a luxury and so wonderful! Absolutely cannot wait to go back and stay at Anne's place at the Peppers Resort in the beautiful Palm Cove.

This was our first Air BnB experience and it didn’t disappoint. Apartment was perfect for us the 2 of u. It has everything we needed. Kitchen was well equipped if you felt like a night in. We had a fantastic 6 night stay and would highly recommend.

Great place to stay inside a good resort. Bec’s place was everything we expected, quiet room and location, good space, spa was great and shower had pressure like you never see. Would be back again no worries !

The apartment is fantastic, extremely clean and equipped with anything we needed. We particularly appreciated the Nespresso machine, and the pantry well stocked with Nespresso pods (our favourite flavours!). The building is clean and safe. Andrew has been a great host, and has been consistently in touch with us throughout our stay. He even offered us a late check out at no extra charge! We will definitely book this property again, should we come back to Cairns!
