Great place for a great price, definitely recommend! The cutlery were slightly dirty but we were provided with all the necessary soaps and tools to clean them. The location is somewhat convenient, but everything is around a 20-30 minute walk away. There is a bus stop which will take you to beaches. The room itself was clean, some dust but manageable, the bathroom were clean and amenities were provided.

A rainforest retreat is how I see Melissa's. We loved the lounge room outside, it was comfortable and cool. Outside is a beautiful area. The bed was comfortable and we had all that we needed.

Lovely cabin backing onto the rainforest and river. John was the perfect host, gave a fiendly tour around the property then we returned to the cabin with fresh hot cross buns waiting for us. They have obviously given a lot of thought into everything that we might need or want to make our stay as comfortable as possible because it was all there, and some. The area was a post card and it was so nice to come back to such a well appointed little cabin in the forest after a day of exploring the tablelands.

We have a wonderful stay at Bella Vista. The location is stunning-rain,hail or shine. It had all we needed for a three day stay.

It was wonderful stay away from home, spotless House, beautiful surroundings, no disturbances, we really enjoy BBQ and swimming, even play toy for my little one, thank you for welcome drink, we will definitely go again♥️♥️

Super beautiful location. My weekend was spectacular from Babinda Boulders to this beautiful little home. It was small but so comfortable. I was able to spend quality time bonding with my friends, having a shared dinner and some drinks. The hosts were so lovely and communicated everything clearly.

Stayed here for 3 weeks in May. Will be staying here again- great location, very safe neighbourhood, coffee shops and restaurants within 5 mins walk and 5 mins walk to botanic gardens. Very short drive <10 mins to central CBD for shopping and esplanade. Will was a fantastic host and we can’t recommend enough. Very friendly, gave us recommendations and directions to places when we asked, and as a bonus we got to say hi to his dog :) The apartment had everything we need, cooker, microwave, washing machine, clean bedding and towels and a nice big tv. We were very happy staying here and plan to be staying again when we come back to Cairns. 100% recommend a stay here. The pool and garden are gorgeous!

Beautiful hidden gem in the Tablelands area. We can so a lovely time exploring and then coming hom to sit by the fire!

Comfortable, spacious and in a quiet location. This fully self-contained unit is well set up and the host has provided basically everything you might need to enjoy your stay. The three pet dogs and cat will regularly be present at the front and back doors, curious as to who you are and seeking a bit of attention. They are all very friendly and the dogs will make a point of barking to let the host know if they spot you moving around outside the unit. It was nice to find a tap in the kitchen for filtered water and I found it really improved the taste of the standard tap water. It isn't obvious from the photos but the host family live in an adjoining house separated from this unit by just a small gravel walkway on the other side of the wall where your bed is situated. The host will give you complete privacy but due to the proximity you inevitably will occasionally hear some of what the family is doing next door. Kim & Mick are super friendly and very helpful if you have any concerns.

Barrine Tiny house was amazing for a long weekend away. Cozy, quiet , well equipped and in a fantastic location! If you’re looking for a slice of piece, you’ve found it. We loved the details and personal touches, close proximity to our favourite things we did, milla milla falls, waterfall circuit, the Yungaburra pub for a game of pool, lake Eacham and the local Dairies! Be mindful that there’s no wifi for travellers with no signal!

Great stay at Diane and Perry's place. They were incredibly kind. They are always available and responsive. The accommodation is very cute, very clean. The outdoor terrace with the pool are a real plus. I highly recommend it!

A lovely, spacious home to spend some time with the family. Tucked at the back end of the property, we had plenty of privacy for chats and laughs without worrying that we would be a noisy nuisance. Two large dining tables for the choice of indoor or outdoor family meals. Location-wise, Malanda is centrally located in the Tablelands. My retired father had a good time cycling around the area. We enjoyed our weekend here. Recommended!

Gina’s Lakes Edge property is modern, well appointed, located on an arm of a large lake, amazing setting. ideally suited for those who like nature, bird life is abundant. Guests need their own transport, few kilometres from Yungaburra township..

Alan and Lou were nice to chat to and gave us some good local information. Their place is lovely. It’s well equipped, comfortable and with smashing views. We loved watching the birds going about their daily business from the veranda. A bonus was the washing machine which we used several times. We went to Yorkeys Knob for the beach and BBQ and we also had a day out on the Atherton tablelands which is very pretty. We would love to return to Alan’s and Lou’s place again.

Michelle’s place is absolutely tremendous—a perfect blend of comfort and nature. Nestled in a stunning location, the surroundings are peaceful and scenic, with the occasional kangaroo sighting just down the stairs, adding a magical touch to the experience. The home itself is immaculately clean, tidy, and very well maintained. Michelle provided clear, thoughtful instructions and was incredibly patient and helpful throughout. I truly loved staying here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to unwind in nature without compromising on comfort. A memorable and rejuvenating stay!

Great place for our family of 4, comfortable beds, lovely new bathrooms, spacious living. Walkable to beach and a couple of cafes/restaurant’s nearby. Katie and family were very helpful and proactive. Thank you

What a gloriously peaceful place! I fell more and more in love with this cottage and surrounds every day. The location is idyllic - on the edge of the rainforest/gorge on a beautifully maintained property. Being so close to the gorge and a few minutes drive from Mossman meant the best of both worlds - gorgeous nature and amenities close by. It was a perfect spot to have access to Port Douglas within 20 mins and Cape Trib an easy hour and a half drive away. Debbie's extensive list of things to do, where to eat etc was fantastic and much appreciated. I would highly recommend the cultural walk at the gorge and a swim at near by Shannonvale. The cottage itself has everything you need (including spare towels for swimming and bug spray). The water pressure is great, nice linen and excellent internet. It's not really set up to make gourmet meals as there is no oven but there is everything else you need (hot plate, BBQ, toaster etc). I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.
