Avant Garde Retro 70's built complex of 12 apartments just a short walk to the city centre and the esplanade over the road from Munro Martin parklands and Cairns Preforming Arts Centre CPAC . Our unit is ground level at the back. We have just renovated so fresh eclectic and comfortable. Two bedrooms one with a queen size bed and the other with two singles. It is approximately 1.5 kilometres to the City and an easy walk to shops, cafes, restaurants, hospital and a bus stop. This unit has been upgraded internally and presents well with everything you need to have a great holiday at a reasonable price. Sheridan Street is one of the main streets of Cairns so there will be some road noise.

It is a great place to stay if you’re looking for an affordable clean comfortable space to stay while you explore Cairns & the Tropical far north. Please note the property is on a busy street, & the space has ceiling fans but is not air-conditioned. unfortunately the property is not suitable for children or pets.
