I stayed in Olga's apartment and had a really good time. The apartment is cozy, well maintained and perfectly reflects the description. The cleanliness was impeccable and all the necessary comforts were present. The location is convenient, ideal for getting around easily and visiting the area. Olga was an available, kind and attentive host: she answered every question immediately and made us feel at home right away. We were delighted, the accommodation is a real cozy little nest, very well arranged, everything is well thought out, clean and cute. Close to everything, once the car is parked everything is within walking distance, the beach, restaurants, shops. I recommend it 100%. We will come again

We enjoyed the quiet neighbourhood and it is located close to the beach which makes every morning and evening walk enjoyable. Definitely will stay here again when I return to Nice

Julia responds quickly to questions with clear answers. She was very helpful when we locked ourselves out and quickly arranged a spare set of keys. The apartment has recently been renovated and is comfortably furnished, with a decent sofa bed. Beautiful sea view. We only found the road busier than expected. The parking space on a closed area behind the building was a real plus for our car with bicycles.
