Parfaitement ombragé, bordé de fleurs et de plantes, vous pourrez y déjeuner et y faire la sieste. Atico rooftop terrace overlooking Cadaqués

The atico has a large 25m2 private outdoor terrace with mountain views which overlook the old village, bay and Santa Maria church of Cadaqués. It is a short 2-minute walk away from the village yet feels as removed as an eagle's nest. It has just been entirely remodelled by artisans into an open floor plan using the finest local ceramics and materials. It can act as a romantic retreat for couples or a poetic one for artists flying solo, for both likeminded friends and strangers.

Super cozy house completely renovated

In the past, it was the hair salon of the town, and instead of restoring it, we chose to completely renovate it. We love carpentry, so we dedicated ourselves to making almost all the furniture and the general decoration. It is located in the center of Armentera, a beautifull village with a lot of history. It is 5 minutes away from the beach. Ideal for spending a few days with family or friends, and with plenty of experiences to enjoy the Alt Emporda.

With two floors, with kitchen, dining room and living room on the ground floor, and bedroom with bathroom on the upper floor. Garden, pool and barbecue are shared with the main estate (property owners) The space is suitable for two adults. Not suitable for children or babies.

El estudio totalmente equipado con todo lo que necesitas para un fin de semana o bien para estancias más largas. Piscina compartida con vistas preciosas. La zona es ideal pera hacer rutas en bicicleta o caminatas por los alrededores. No es recomendable para niños entre 0 y 12 años.
