Chris's apartment is simply beautiful! The whole place is very tasteful. Comfortable beds and pillows. A wonderful view. Great loft access instructions. Easy and fast communication. Easy and secure check-in. Close to many beaches and nice bars. Chris left restaurant recommendations in the listing, and we ended up going. Everything is really cool!! I recommend it!!

Everything was perfect. Ayesa was an excellent host—kind, attentive, and exceptionally organized. Angélica welcomed us warmly, and together they made us feel at home from the very beginning. The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. We were especially grateful for Ayesa’s help in locating a product that was difficult to find but essential for medical use. Her support was generous and thoughtful. The entire space reflects her care and attention to detail. It was a truly wonderful stay, with a great location and breathtaking ocean views. This is the third time we've stayed at this house and, once again, we've had an excellent experience! The ocean view is simply stunning and makes the days even more special. The house is always very well maintained, clean and cozy — everything exactly as shown in the photos. Check-in and check-out took place at the agreed times, without any problems, and communication with the host was always clear and fast. Without a doubt, it is a place that makes us want to always return. We recommend with eyes closed!

the apartment is amazing and even more beautiful in person than in the photos, we like it very much and if we feel in case, the only point we were upset was the washer and dry machine that was not working, in the other only joy and praise, privileged location and sensational condominium, for sure we will come back more times and super recommend, it was an amazing weekend

Super spacious and comfortable apartment. Patricia was super helpful from the start and her parents did a very detailed check-in. Great location, close to the beach and downtown. Easy access, with iron, clean towels, warm blanket, several appliances such as air fryer, washing machine, coffee maker, etc. I highly recommend it, it's well worth it!

I loved my stay at the apartment! The location is perfect, right in the center of Floripa, with an incredible view of the Hercílio Luz bridge. The apartment is super comfortable, just like in the photos, and had everything I needed for a quiet stay. The supermarket is in the building, as well as several other shops and restaurants, which made everyday life much easier. Access to the building, apartment and parking space was super easy. I highly recommend and would certainly stay here again!

The hotel is very cozy, beautiful pools, easy access to the beach, accommodation exactly as advertised, clean, and with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Boris was a great host, I recommend the stay!

The apartment is a luxury, in a nutshell. It has all the amenities, private entrance to the beach, beach items, all rooms have ocean views. Super-equipped and has 24-hour concierge. Everyone is very attentive. 100% recommended, we will definitely come back.

Condominium with various leisure options, polite and attentive staff; 24h market with a lot of variety; bar next to the pool. Easy access to the beach, in a quiet place with a clean and calm sea. Host Bruna was very attentive and was always available to assist us! We'll come back!

Great atmosphere, very comfortable. Everything was clean, communication with Carla was extremely easy, the neighborhood is very quiet and close to the beach. I recommend and hope to come back more often!

Airbnb with hotel structure, with daily maid service, towels and beach chairs available, etc. Space exactly as in the pictures. Hotel restaurant with high prices, but within the average of Jurerê.

The Lucineia space, is exactly as described . Everything is neat and clean. Very well equipped with everything we need,and even more . The leisure area is very good , has the jacuzzi that has a heating system, for the children it was great . It was a pity that it was very windy, but we still enjoyed it. The space has a booklet with all the information on how to proceed. Lucineia was always very helpful , responding very quickly . I stayed on many Airbnb , but this one was undoubtedly the most equipped . Madcas, barbecue utensils and even games for children . Without a doubt a very welcoming space that is worth hosting .

Wonderful experience, quiet place, very safe, a spectacular beach and the hotel is very comfortable and with a variety of services to enjoy. It's definitely 100% recommended.
