Castelluccio house This is a comfortable, roomy house in a beautiful green setting. It has large windows and a big front patio, full of flowers, overlooking the mountains and the valley below. It’s in a totally quiet rural setting, only 10 minutes drive into town. It’s one of the most peaceful settings we’ve stayed; it was wonderful to sleep so deeply. One issue to be aware of is the heating system (it was still chilly when we were there in early May). It’s good if you are familiar with making fires in a fireplace or wood stove, as this actually heats water pipes that control the radiators in the rest of the house. This is a property that shows the care and love of the owners, and the host is very responsive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung ist wie im Inserat beschrieben, mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht und sehr sauber. Der Meerblick vom Balkon ist fantastisch. Etwas störend war der Lärm von Straße und Eisenbahn.

Annalisa's place was very comfortable with plenty of room for our family to feel relaxed and each of us having private space in the house. The view is beautiful of the sea and it's great that there are decks on both bedrooms on the second floor. We had a very comfortable stay and enjoyed all of the amenities of the home. It was difficult for us to find the place initially. If you visit know that you must drive all the way up to the top of the hill to find the development. The easy access to the pool was great and when we visited the pool it felt like we had our own private pool. Thank you very much Annalisa for hosting us!

First off it the place has a gorgeous view, especially from the upper terrace it's lovely. The village downhill is nice and small with good restaurants and pretty beaches. The apartment was clean and had all the amenities we needed .

Arrivato lì ti senti subito a casa .Un progetto che va oltre il semplice affitta appartamenti.Posizione comoda a 10 minuti di auto dal mare e dal centro città ,posto tranquillo ,comodo posto auto .Francesco persona squisita con cui puoi chiacchierare tranquillamente,pronto a risolvere ogni problematica Unica pecca casa un po’ vecchiotta con qualche attenzione alla pulizia . Ma da ritornarci tantissime volte .

Because of travel, Alessandro was not actually on site, but instead, Mr. Leo, gave us a warm welcome and took great care of us since he was right upstairs. He made us feel like part of his family. We were always able to contact Alessandro through AirBnB to get quick responses when needed. When we arrived we were pleasantly surprised since the unit looked much better than the photos. The unit is actually very bright and open with an up-to-date kitchen. Everything was spotlessly clean. There was even a washing machine in the bathroom for our use. Diamante is a very lovely town to explore with lots of murals, views, restaurants, and shops.

Perfect! This place was a serene getaway right on the beautiful Tyrrhenian Sea. Upon arrival, the house was just as described and photographed with plenty of private en suite bathrooms and lots of open common space. The kitchen was well-equipped (and stocked with some delicious surprises) making it easy to serve a group of 10+. The bedrooms were clean and spacious with beautiful lighting and some had ocean views. Nicola was super friendly and flexible with arrival time. He came to let us in and give us a full tour to make sure we knew how every amenity functioned, including the espresso machine. The house was very clean. The couches and beds were comfortable. The size and layout of the house make it very comfortable for large families or groups to use while maintaining individual or couple privacy. Our group of 10 will definitely be back! Het appartement van Karolina was helemaal nieuw en smaakvol ingericht. Het was van alle gemakken voorzien. De locatie van het appartement was ook goed: vlakbij het oude stadje en met uitzicht op zee. De communicatie met Karoline verliep prettig. Dank voor het verblijf in je fijne appartement, Karolina!
