Staying at Maria's apartment was an excellent experience from start to finish. The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures — clean, well maintained and very organized. Every detail was thoughtfully designed: hair dryer, iron, extra blankets, soft towels, complete dishes and all appliances working perfectly. The check-in was super practical, thanks to Maria's clear communication, who had already lined everything up with the concierge. And the check-out was also smooth — Maria was very flexible and always responded quickly. The building is clean, safe and has great amenities: express laundry, mini market, gym... and the location is simply perfect! Bakery practically at the door, as well as Swift and Pão de Açúcar next door. I felt at home and would definitely stay with her again. I recommend it with my eyes closed!

The backyard has several fruit trees and the view is beautiful! The house is very large and spacious. It has a kitchen that contains various utensils that are used in everyday life. Whenever we needed something, Caio was the one who was ahead to help us, answered us promptly and immediately provided us with what we needed. In that case it was a blender, brand-new. The rooms are small, but they met our needs. Mariane provided a queen bed, very comfortable. The bathroom has a hot shower too. The only point is that there are some mildew points in the house due to the humidity, but they were already organizing everything to solve the problem. I traveled with 12 other people to Helder's house and I can say that our stay was amazing! The photos don't convey the beauty of the house, which is beautiful, clean and super organized! All rooms are fragrant, bed and bath linens are clean. The garden is sensational! Lucia and João, the caretakers, were super helpful with us and did everything to make us feel at ease. We had a small problem with the internet, which was soon resolved. Any questions we had, Helder promptly answered. The place is of unparalleled peace! I will come back more often for sure!

The apartment is small, but it is good for those who go to work during the day and come back just to sleep. The location is good, with a market, pharmacy and restaurant less than 200m away. Communication with the host was super smooth, always willing to help. As negative points I put the following: poorly equipped kitchen (there was not even salt, or a decent knife for cooking) and in the listing it is written that it is possible to leave the suitcase to pick up later at the end of the day (something I needed to do) but neither the host nor the building offer this facility.
