Quiet ground floor studio in the historic center

Our studio of 24 m2, is in the very center of Rochefort, 10 minutes walk from the thermal baths, a few meters from Place Colbert and the Corderie Royale. On the ground floor, very quiet, although the studio overlooks the street. It consists of a kitchen, induction stove, toaster, kettle, Nespresso, fridge with separate freezer compartment. The bed (160 x 200) is separated from the rest of the room by a decorative partition. Note that there is no dishwasher.

Very nice single-story. Close to shops. You will be in a quiet area. 30 minutes from the beaches and the Fouras peninsula; very pleasant environment. Super U is 5 minutes away. Bakery, pharmacy, tobacco and newspapers in the village. Very pleasant walks along the banks of the Charente. And for better comfort, air conditioning has recently been installed.
