We created the "Za górami za lasami" settlement out of love for the mountains, mornings with views of the peaks and a passion for hiking and MTB. If it is important for you to immerse yourself in nature, but at the same time you are looking for a place that will give you access to attractions such as trekking routes, bicycle routes or ski lifts, then we are for you. It is a place for families with children, groups of friends or singles, as long as you value nature and peace. The settlement is located in the Śnieżnicki Landscape Park.

A room in a quiet area

I will rent a comfortable, bright room in a quiet area surrounded by a forest. The Polanica promenade is within a 10-minute walk through the forest (a popular shortcut) or a little further along the asphalt road. Equipment: kitchenette + pots, pans, dishes and cutlery. Comfortable double bed with the possibility of adding an extra bed. Wardrobe with mirror, dresser, ironing board, iron, TV with Netflix apps. There is a barbecue and a table with chairs. The area is very quiet with a view of the mountains.

Tray

The cabin is built entirely of wood, located on a high wooden platform, which creates its unique atmosphere. Here you will experience real silence, you will sleep like never before. In summer, the greatest pleasure is sitting on a deckchair or in a hammock and looking at the forest, meadow and passing animals. You can also sit by the barbecue or the fire. Be sure to go to the mountains. You can visit the entire Kotlina from here. We are the ideal starting point. We will bake homemade bread for you.

We invite you to year-round wooden cottages located in the heart of the Kłodzko Land, near the Śnieżnik Massif and Międzygórze. The Studio Apartment is an independent, two-storey space of over 80m2, with a separate entrance and terrace. Designed for 4-7 people, the Studio will accommodate a family, a group of friends, two couples, or even two families. You will find a spacious fireplace with a seating area with large glazing for playing with children, dancing or yoga, a kitchen with a dining room for 10 people, a stone terrace with a coffee table, sofa and armchairs, and two lockable bedrooms.

Chalet

A wooden cottage, located by the forest in a secluded corner with a beautiful view of the mountains for 8 people. A secluded charming place especially recommended for people who want to relax in peace and quiet. Minimum rental period is 2 days. Check-in is until 7 p.m. Check-out by 12:00. About 100 m away is my second cottage for 6 people called Klimcia. I do not provide towels. The price applies to the entire cottage regardless of the number of people.
