Each bedroom comes with a closet, a comfortable chair, and a sink with a mirror. One includes a couch with an extra bed. The farmhouse is surrounded by a garden with a large fruit orchard and lush logs.

With only 65 inhabitants, Louka is a quiet intersection of three fascinating areas: the Highlands, the Moravian Karst, and the Hornosvratec Highlands. The land is fenced and offers a private escape. Behind the cottage you will find only meadows and a pond. The cottage has been recently renovated and the living room has direct access to the garden with seating. Enjoy peace and quiet, relax, or take exploring.

We built our Tiny House Pod Ořechy to maintain the maximum level of privacy and peace. It stands next to a sheep pen and stands out for its spectacular views of the woods and meadows. The house is small, but thoughtful to detail. It lies on a fenced property so that your four-legged pets can arrive with you. On the property you will also find a private Finnish wood-fired sauna with a romantic view that you can use without restriction. Inside, you'll find a comfortable bed, a full bathroom, and a kitchenette.

In the wider area also Svojanov Castle, Zubštejn, Aueršperk, Svratka, Nine Rock, Pohledecká skála.... Well-marked cycling (excellent terrain) and hiking trails.
