Newly renovated cottage close to beach and nature

Fully renovated cottage on a large plot with a very private location close to Löttorp, several swimming areas and golf courses. The cottage has both a covered terrace with dining area and large barbecue as well as a large courtyard with a dining group, lounge group, sun loungers and a hot tub (hot tub) for 6 people. There are 2 bedrooms and up to 5 sleeping places (sofa bed). There is a crib as well as a high chair for our youngest guests. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is washing machine in the bathroom. Bed linen and towels are included as well as final cleaning.

The cottage is located on a shared plot, which is 5000 m2, so the patio you have behind the cottage is free of view. Everything is in the cabin except sheets and private towels. Kitchen towels are available. Only running cold water. Water hose in the back! To the hot water shower + WC you can walk about 75m. The bathroom is shared with others, maximum 5 persons. The entrance is direct. Note: LOWERED PRICE WITH 100 SEK PER DAY AND then CLEANING IS NOT INCLUDED.

House in the heart of nature near the sea

Here you live in a totally calm countryside among Öland stone walls and bike distance to Sweden's finest stretches of coastline. It is 1 km down to the sea. Byxelkrok is 4km away there is the harbor, restaurants and stalls open June-September. From the harbor you can go to the blue virgin by boat / day trip worth a visit. On the East side you have the fine beaches of the finishing touches and on the Västra side you are close to Byrum where you can see the raukarna mensalvaret and another beautiful beach Byrum Sandvik. Well planned tiny house by the sea

Here you go down into a robe and take a swim or watch the sunset and the Gotland ferry pass on the front row. With beach and pouring a stone's throw away. A little walk to restaurants and cafes or stroll around among the cozy boathouses in the harbor. Live the simple life in peaceful and centrally located accommodation in idyllic Byxelkrok. In the yard, it was way back a crane guest house. There, the king and his companions could eat, rest, and switch to rested horses on their journey through the land. This is a long time ago. We have run the farm as a dairy farm but also it is history. As we become retired, we have devoted this house a little extra love and care. It has been renovated and become 2 apartments. These can be disposed together or separately. Feel welcome as a guest anywhere from 1-10 people. Listing refers to level 2 6 people

Välkommen till ett inbjudande, avslappnat semesterboende av högsta klass - men med en stor respekt för gårdens historia och bevarande av den tidstypiska känslan från 1800-talet. Här hittar vi verkligen lugnet. Utsikten är vidsträckt och solnedgångarna här är magiska. Sommartid hänger vi helst vid poolen, läser i skuggan, simmar några längder, cyklar till havet och längst med den unika stenkusten. Vintertid kurar vi framför kaminen, dricker kaffe, läser böcker och myser i pyjamas hela dagen.

Close to the sea holiday home.

Fresh newly built (2023) holiday home with its own swimming jetty. The house is bright and nice with the swimming dock 25 meters from the house. The house has all advisories. The outdoor setting will be updated afterwards with patios and so on. At the pier there is also a small rowing boat if you want to take a little trip in the beautiful archipelago, maybe you want to try your luck at fishing? Warm welcome.

Cozy and fresh apartment with own entrance located on the upper floor of a cottage in beautiful nature in Vedborm in northern Öland. Scenic area with large garden and about 5 km to central Löttorp with extensive services in the form of post office, restaurants, medical center, swimming pool, library, ICA shop and many other shops. The facility is equipped with fast wifi throughout apartment and most of the yard.

Djupvik is characterized by a long stone coast with amazing cycling and hiking trails. The guesthouse is about 80 m from the shore and has a wonderful view over the water. In the evenings you can enjoy amazing sunsets. There are 2 patios, east and west facing. To the swimming jetty, it is about 300 meters. Restaurant Elise is located in Djupvik during the summer. About 6 km to grocery store and restaurants.

The cottage is close to the beach and bicycle distance to Byxelkrok. Outdoor furniture in teak and barbecue on large plot. Newly renovated bathroom with soap. Small but functional kitchen in trinett model. My accommodation accommodates couples. The cottage is fresh and homely. Bring your own sheets and towels. Cleaning is not included.
