The apartment or holiday house, which we named "BEe in foREST", is located at the end of the village of Klenik near Pivka on the outskirts of Natura 2000, in the lap of nature, with which we are closely connected. It is made of mostly natural materials. The ground floor of the house, along with the bathroom, is accessible and adapted for people with disabilities. From the ground floor, you climb the wooden staircase to the attic, which, in addition to the bedroom with a balcony and a view of the meadows, also offers a sauna and a bathtub for additional relaxation.

Sunset vacation home

The holiday home "Sunset" is a self-contained property on two floors, with its own garden and parking space. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed, a kitchen, a living room, a toilet, and a room with a Jacuzzi (the Jacuzzi is available for reservations of 3 nights or more). Upstairs there are two bedrooms, each with 2 beds and a bathroom. In the courtyard, there is a table with benches, a barbecue, and an inflatable pool (until September 16). The house is in a glade, offering unique views of the lake and many surrounding areas.

Medieval Old city of Buzet lies on a hilltop above a fertile valley of the longest Istrian river Mirna which is visible from the large Skadanjs' terrace. Skadanj is situated in a small village Krbavčići near the mountainous plateau Ćićarija. Previously, Skadanj was an old threshing barn that has been built by our grandparents, located at the end of the village and surrounded by the green area. In 2017 it was renovated. Outside the house is a beautiful swimming pool with the wooden sun deck.

Villa Maria is cozy house situated on the top of the hill. Villa was built in 1781 and completely renovated in 2011. It is standing like a cloud above the famous Motovun forest and Mirna valley. It has an uninterrupted view over the Motovun Forest and medieval town of Motovun (today well known for film festival all over the world). The house´s view can just take your breath away. With in the villas property there are: vineyards, more than 30 fruits and over the 200 olives tree.

This place's real value does not lie indors, but outdoors. It has a spacious terrace, a garden with fruit trees and open access to the meadows and forest. Tourist tax (2,5 €/person/night) is included in price! It is comfortable for 2 adults. For 3 it is a little crowded.
