The house is 124 m² and has 3 bedrooms (2 double beds, 2 single beds), 2 bathrooms (both with shower and toilet, on the upper floor even with bathtub and sauna). On the first floor there is also a fully equipped kitchen-living room with a spacious dining area and a living area with a fireplace. All bedrooms and the living room have smart TVs. The attic invites you to play foosball or read a book. Outside, there is a furnished terrace on the first floor and a balcony on the second floor.

Welcome to your getaway right on the sea. Our stylish, modern and cozy studio is located on the twelfth floor of the high-rise building. The unique view over the lagoon to the North Sea is unparalleled. In the evening, when the sun slowly sets, the sea reveals itself again and again in new colors and fascinating lighting effects. And then waking up in the morning and looking out over the sea from the bed is so wonderful. Just arrive, take a deep breath and enjoy.

"Surfing Alpaka" apartment on the North Sea

Experience a nice time in the countryside. The farm is in an idyllic secluded location and is child-friendly. Enjoy the time to relax in nature, barbecue in the garden, walk, cycle, visit our petting zoo (alpacas = no petting animals) or go on excursions in the area. On the North Sea (6 km) you can swim, surf and mudflat hike. The garden invites you to linger with its various seating options. (The apartment is managed by my mother Richarda)

In the climatic spa Friedrichskoog-Spitze you can enjoy the Wadden Sea and the fresh North Sea air. As a weekend getaway for a breath of fresh air or longer family vacation, our cozy apartment "Der Deichkieker" is located directly at the nature reserve "North Frisian Wadden Sea". "Hus Utspann" - Experience a wonderful time!

"Hus Utspann" is suitable for families or for a generational vacation. We welcome couples who prefer separate bedrooms, students preparing for exams, girlfriends' vacations, participants in outpatient rehab or... The beach, the town center, the harbor and various shopping facilities are a few minutes' walk away (see below). The stop of the seasonal bathing train is very close by.
