Appartamento in un residence, molto comodo. Alessandro è un host impeccabile. Al nostro arrivo è stato semplice accedere all'appartamento, che si trova in un residence molto accogliente. Il box auto è una comodità non scontata. Abbiamo preso in affitto la villetta come punto d'appoggio per l'ospedale Galeazzi. Con la macchina in 5 minuti si arriva subito. Sempre con la macchina si può raggiungere un comodissimo centro commerciale con supermercati e negozi. A piedi si può raggiungere facilmente il centro di Rho e a 5 minuti a piedi c'è un ottimo supermercato. Forse un po' più complicato se si è a piedi, però lo sapevamo e non abbiamo avuto alcun problema.

Our stay has been wonderful. We will be sad to leave. The apartment was exactly as described and was perfect for our stay. Simona was a wonderful host. Siempre tenia disposición de resolver nuestras dudas y el entorno es tranquilo y muy seguro; todo estuvo espectacular, lo recomendamos muchísimo, y los accesos para la salida a realizar las visitas al centro son rapidos

L'appartamento è praticamente perfetto! C'è tutto ciò di cui si ha bisogno e i proprietari sono disponibilissimi. Molto accogliente e caldo, moderno, mobili nuovi. Il letto e il divano letto sono comodi e il wifi funziona bene, così come gli elettrodomestici (compresa la smart TV). A due passi dal centro ma lontano da rumori potenzialmente molesti. Complimenti per la cura dei dettagli! Torneremo sicuramente. Grazie di tutto.

Matthéo est un très bon hôte. Il nous a accueillit très chaleureusement,il était toujours dispo si nous avions besoin. Le studio est plus grand que sur la photo je trouve. Pour ceux qui font tout à pied vous avez des bus qui passe assez régulièrement les arrêts de bus sont à 10/15mn vous avez pleins de possibilités pour aller en ville. Pour le coup nous avons profité de visiter cette petite ville et à 20mn vous avez un parc naturel ou il y a pleins d’écureuils et d’oies on a adoré. Je n’hésiterai pas à revenir ☺️

I had a wonderful stay at Stefania's apartment. Stefania is an exceptional host, she was incredibly kind, easy to contact, and always attentive to my needs throughout my stay. The apartment itself exceeded my expectations. It’s spotlessly clean, well-organized, and very spacious. I was able to fully relax, as the environment is peaceful and quiet. Another great advantage is the on-site parking, which made it super convenient for me to have my car safely parked at all times. The location is fantastic, it’s in a charming town that has everything you might need, pharmacy, restaurants, supermarkets, shops...Plus, it’s easy to reach from Milan or the airport, which made my trip even more hassle-free. I highly recommend staying here. Thank you, Stefania, for an unforgettable experience in Italy! I loved my days in this place.

Perfecta. La casa de Cinzia es excepcional, llena de luz, flores, detalles de buen gusto. Tiene dos balcones que están orientados en forma opuesta por lo que las vistas son diferentes por la mañana y por la tarde, los disfrutamos mucho. Cinzia nos dejó café, lácteos, galletitas, manteca, dulce y frutas por lo que prácticamente teníamos todo para desayunar, y un rico vino para disfrutar en el balcón. También recibimos sorpresivamente un pastel de limón que estaba exquisito. Cinzia es realmente una anfitriona excepcional que se preocupa por cada detalle y hizo lo necesario para que estuviéramos muy cómodos. El acceso desde la estación central de trenes es a 10´minutos caminando y a menos de 150 metros se accede a las líneas de metro 2 y 3 (verde y amarilla), por lo que la ubicación es excelente. Estamos muy agradecidos que Cinzia nos abriera las puertas de su casa y recomendamos esta propiedad enfáticamente.

Absolute Empfehlung! Die Wohnung ist blitzsauber und perfekt ausgestattet. Schön und modern eingerichtet. Wir haben hier auf der Rückreise von Süditalien einen Zwischenstopp gemacht, Ivan hat uns persönlich begrüßt und Tipps gegeben. Die Kommunikation war sehr freundlich.

I must say this place is one of the Airbnbs makes you regret if you book only a couple of days. With a stunning view in every part of the house, this place has so much charm to show what the local life in Como is like. Only a one minute away from the bus stop, it couldn't be more easier to access from/to Bellagio, Como and many other spots along the lake. Our another unique highlight was a swimming in the lido which requires a bit of hike back (don't recommend for who has knee issue) and having dinner around the lido. We didn't want to leave this place.

I stayed here for just one night since Milan was my final stop in Italy. The apartment was stunning—beautifully designed and very comfortable. It’s conveniently close to the city center and felt very safe.

Zona fantastica, molto tranquilla e davvero comoda per eventi o concerti allo Stadio.. la casa impeccabile. Luminosa, giusta per due persone. Arredamento davvero particolare e ben curato. Dispone di tutti i comfort. Decisamente ci torneremo

Lidia ha sido agradable y accesible en todo momento, ya no solo para los temas relacionados con el apartamento, sino incluso con todas las facilidades e información útil para la estancia, desplazamiento y planes posibles en la ciudad. Sin duda el apartamento era cómodo, idéntico a las fotos y muy muy muy limpio. La próxima ocasión en Milán sin duda me alojaré en su apartamento. Repetiría siempre. Great location, the appartement is nice but it is the location that really makes it an incredible stay. Not just lake Como in general but also having 2 restaurants downstairs.

Die Unterkunft liegt oberhalb des Ortes und hat somit einen tollen Ausblick auf den Comer See. Das Apartment war sehr sauber und die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Leider gibt es keine Klimaanlage aber ein Ventilator steht zur Verfügung und obwohl wir tagsüber 30 grad hatten, konnte man abends gut durchlüften und auch gut schlafen. Der Pool ist groß und mit viel Wiese umrandet. Wir sind mit Kind angereist und konnten gut entspannen.

Marissa & Antonello were wonderful hosts for us staying in Milan for 5 days. Proactive communication from booking and gave us detailed instructions to get to their apartment from the train station. They then showed us around the apartment and complex so we could get around easily. They were always on hand to give us further information about the city & the apartment and left us enough amenities to last us for the duration of our stay. The apartment itself was very clean and modern with a peaceful environment from other residents. Would 100% stay here again if I come back to Milan.

Je me joints aux très bons commentaires déjà faits. La vue magnifique alliée au coté cosy de l’appartement. Beaucoup de belles choses dans le coin. Voiture nécessaire à mon avis sinon un peu moins d’1 kilomètre de côte. J’ai adoré

Nous avons passé un excellent week-end prolongé entre amis chez Massimo. Le logement est impeccable, moderne et spacieux pour accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes. La terrasse est vraiment grande et propose une vue impressionnante sur le lac et les montagnes. Nous avons pu profiter des infrastructures de la résidence, notamment le terrain de tennis. La localisation du logement permet d'accéder à de multiples activités: visite (Lugano, Côme, Arona ...), sportives (trail, golf...), restaurants dans les villes autour. Un vrai coup de coeur que je recommande fortement!

I fell in love with Morcote during our stay and the icing on the cake was definitely Rahman’s place. The view from the house plus the spaciousness and cleanliness were all very much appreciated. There’s a bus stop right at the bottom of the house so getting to public transport is very easy, walking into town is only 30mins as well! Loved our stay, so peaceful :)
