This 35m2 cottage is attached to the guesthouse but separated by a central room that allows guests to have the desired tranquility in a large wooded green space. The accommodation has a double bed in a bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living room easily accommodating 4 people. A baby bed can be provided free of charge upon request. This house is located in the town of Gannat, 20 minutes from the town of Vichy, 2 minutes from the Paris Montpellier motorway. You are in the center of the triangle grouping Vulcania in the heart of the Auvergne Volcanoes, the Puy de Dôme and the animal and amusement park Le Pal. In Gannat, you will also find the Rhinopolis paleontology park.

Ideally located close to the highway to discover the surroundings: hikes in the Auvergne Volcanoes Park, visits to castles and historic towns such as Riom, Châtel-Guyon, Clermont-Ferrand or Vichy.

The small paddock

Enjoy a unique escape in the heart of our racehorse training center, with stunning views of the Chaîne des Puys. This 50 sqm cocoon, fully renovated in 2023, blends charm and comfort: queen-size bed, single bed on the mezzanine, and a high-end sofa bed. Access to the mezzanine via a ladder-style staircase (see photos). Peaceful, natural setting for true relaxation. Parties are not allowed to preserve the calm atmosphere and the horses’ well-being.

Typical Auvergne bread oven with breakfast

You will be staying at the "Clos des Murets", a former independent bread oven completely renovated in 2020, part of a 2500 m2 property. It includes a main room serving as a living room equipped with a sofa bed (140 cm bed) and a second bedroom (160 cm bed), a travertine bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower and a toilet. A spiral staircase will take you to the large bedroom with exposed stone. Breakfasts can be taken on the terrace.
