Cet appartement est situé dans une grande maison vigneronne du 19ème siècle (j’occupe avec mes enfants la partie arrière du bâtiment). Ce logement est idéal pour un couple ou un couple avec bébé (lit parapluie sur place) même s'il peut accueillir pour une courte durée 4 personnes en dépliant le canapé! La surface est de 45m2 avec sa terrasse privative de 6 m2. Vous pourrez accéder à l’extérieur et au jacuzzi (spa) 3 places (ouvert d’avril à octobre). L’arrivée est autonome (boîte à clefs).

The latter is located thirty minutes south of Clermont-Ferrand, right next to the village of Vic le Comte (Small city of character). You will find some of the most beautiful villages in France such as Montpeyroux, Usson, Saint-Floret, Saint-Saturnin, 20 min by car. For ski lovers, you can go to the slopes of Super-Besse, which are about forty minutes away.
