The apartment is about 45 square meters, has a separate bedroom with pull-out double bed, kitchen with dining table, bathroom with shower and living room. My place is close to Cologne (about 20 km) - at the gates of the Bergisches Land. The property can be reached by bus and S-Bahn from Cologne in 40 minutes with one change. The bus stop is 30 meters from the house. You'll love my place because of the wide range of uses in the area (Cologne Fair, art and culture, Naturarena Bergisches Land). My place is great for couples, solo travelers, adventurers, and business travelers. Unfortunately, no pets are permitted.

You will stay in the Vohwinkel district. The beautiful Art Nouveau house is very central and yet quietly located in a 30 km/h zone. The end stop of the suspension railway, the train station with S-Bahn and regional train connections are only a five or twelve-minute walk away. Shops, grocery stores and supermarkets (Kaufland, Lidl, Rewe, etc.) Pharmacies, ice cream parlors and restaurants are also within a radius of about three to ten minutes' walk.
