Markus's chalet was incredibly well kept. Absolutely pristine and organized to a T with full instructions on how to operate everything within the chalet. He was an accommodating host that was responsive and detailed which made our trip very peaceful. I would recommend anyone from couples to small families to make a reservation here. Just please be mindful of how clean and organized his place is so you can return it the way you found it. One of the most ideal Airbnb visits I have ever had the pleasure of staying at!

C'est la seconde fois que je me suis rendu chez Thomas, et c'est toujours un plaisir de retrouver le calme de cette cabane dans laquelle on se sent bien. Idéal pour décompresser et passer du temps paisiblement. Thomas est un hôte très sympathique, réactif et la communication est très claire.

Great location - quick walk to Interlaken Ost (main) train station and Harder Kulm. Just a bit longer to main field where paragliders land and rest of Interlaken’s restaurants. Parking space available and no need to drive around. Daniela was great to communicate with and was super flexible with our flight caused delay to check in. Definitely recommend.

Nous sommes revenus dans la région en famille pour fêter les 18 ans de notre fils. Il s’agit d’un petit chalet très confortable avec tout dont on a besoin pour un séjour excellent. Nicole très attentive à tous nos besoins. On retournera sans douter.

Sehr schöne Umgebung und Aussicht. Im Haus gibt es alles, was man braucht. Die Gastgeber sind telefonisch sehr gut erreichbar und sehr Hilfsbereit.

I can’t say enough nice things about Eric’s home! It is so close to the train station you can walk to / from with large luggage. The view is stunning, the house is pristine, and he has thought of absolutely everything and more than a guest would need. Everything is labeled and organized and I was impressed. He was so great to deal with and incredibly generous with his things (binoculars, chargers, phone, etc) I would say this is by far the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at.

Wir wurden äusserst herzlich empfangen und während des gesamten Aufenthaltes freundlich und zuvorkommend betreut. Wir erhielten gute Ausflugtipps. Das Chalet, hat einen tollen Charm und bietet eine wahnsinns Aussicht auf den wunderschönen Brienzersee. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt, mit unserer 15Monate alten Tochter sehr genossen.

Dieses Chalet ist wirklich ein kleines Paradies! Schon bei der Ankunft waren wir begeistert von dem traumhaft schönen Ausblick – einfach atemberaubend. Das Häuschen selbst ist perfekt eingerichtet, es fehlt an absolut nichts. Man spürt in jedem Detail die Liebe und Sorgfalt, mit der es ausgestattet wurde. Ein ganz besonderes Dankeschön geht an Meiy und Peter – zwei unglaublich freundliche, herzliche und aufmerksame Gastgeber. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an willkommen gefühlt und konnten einfach nur geniessen. Der Aufenthalt hat uns unglaublich gut getan und war genau die Auszeit, die wir gebraucht haben. We rented the chalet as a group of 10 family members for 3 days to attend a wedding nearby. It has an amazing location with spectacular views of Lake Thun and the surrounding mountains! It is extremely well equipped and provided us with everything we ever needed. Jane was an extremely responsive host and very accommodating on several special requests. He was a wonderful host. The place had all the peace, comfort, and relaxation anyone could ask for. Fully equipped for cooking, with spacious rooms, a cozy living area, and a large TV to top it all off. Perfect place for a group of people who want to go for a hike and relax afterwards. The view from the house is beautiful and the house has everything you need.

We booked a two-night stay at Markus place in August 2024. It is a cozy chalet in a charming Swiss village with a handful of houses. The place was clean, comfortable, with a mix of beautiful traditional woodwork and modern kitchen and bathroom at the same time. The village is very quiet so you are also expected to respect the locals and not get too loud. We had 3 kids with us and that was not a problem for us. Although there are no stores or restaurants within the village itself, we found it very conveniently located, we were able to easily reach nearby towns to explore mountains, lakes or go out for dinner. Everything was under 30 min away and we managed to explore lots during our short stay. Overall highly recommend as a base for exploring the area if you love peace, quiet and falling asleep with cow bells. 🇨🇭🧀🐄

We rented this beautiful farmhouse for our wedding guests with families, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with the rustic charm creating a peaceful and cozy environment. Our guests loved the spacious rooms, excellent amenities, and the stunning location surrounded by nature. The children especially enjoyed exploring the outdoors and playing in the garden. Our stay at this stunning Airbnb in Iseltwald, Switzerland, was nothing short of magical! The location is breathtaking, nestled right by Lake Brienz with picture-perfect views that made every moment feel like a postcard. The home itself was cozy, impeccably clean, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was absolutely exceptional, going above and beyond to make our trip unforgettable. From thoughtful touches like local tips and a warm welcome to accommodating our needs with such care, they truly elevated our experience. The highlight was the incredible boat ride they arranged on the lake—gliding across the turquoise waters surrounded by mountains was a memory we’ll cherish forever. We can’t recommend this place highly enough—thank you for an extraordinary stay!

Gabriella supported me in bringing my luggage to the room and let me use her kitchen with all of the cooking tools (spoons, ingredients, fruits, pots, cookers,...) The house and the room were decorated so beautifully and she really has a good taste! Every corner of the house and the garden in front of the room are very beautiful. There is a forest behind the house and a big blue lake in front of it. It's about a 10-minute walk to the nearest bus stop, and from there we can go to the Interlaken station. However, there was a disadvantage of the house that it was on the hill, so I had to bring two 20"-bags to go up the house T^T I nearly died of that =))) Generally speaking, I love the house and the experience I had here.

Absolutely beautiful studio in a lifetime memorable location. It was very easy to travel the area and return to the studio, all from public transit or walking. The bus station was four minutes easy walk from the studio will take you anywhere in the area. The clothes washer availability with soap, drying rack, and bed-mounted reading light were really helpful. We would absolutely stay again!

Look no further! This house has it all - perfect location, breathtaking views, and all the conveniences a family with kids could hope for. Sitting in the jacuzzi with an unimpeded view of the Alps and Lake Thune below was incredibly peaceful and relaxing. Markus was wonderful, he welcomed us and shared suggestions on what to do around town. We hope to go back again soon!

Definitely a place to stay on a vacation to Switzerland. Great views and great surrounding towns! The hosts were very responsive and informative.

First of all, the views from every room of this house are so much more incredible than the pictures can show. The chalet has so much character. Second, the hosts are incredibly kind and quick to respond to any needs or issues and resolve them right away. The walk up to the house was quite steep but we did okay with it. For us, it was a 10-minute walk to the bus stop or ferry. There are so many adventures close by via bus, train, or ferry (which we highly recommend). The beds were just fine and did not give us any aches or pains. The chalet is filled with a lovely lavender spa scent. The master bedroom is huge & beautiful, but it’s important to note that there is not much privacy because there is no door to the bedroom or bathroom, but you have the 2nd floor all to yourself. The hosts do provide a standing privacy screen. We would not hesitate to book this listing again as the 4 of us had the best time here and had ample space.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Manuela’s home. The room is spacious, clean, private and the views from the window of the mountains are breathtaking. It was the perfect place to switch off and feel refreshed! Thun is a beautiful town with good connections to all surrounding areas like Interlaken, Bern and the Jungfrau region, and there is a bus stop that allows for easy commuting less than 10mins walk from the house (the house is on an incline so be prepared for some hiking on the way up if you are walking!). Manuela was a lovely host, provided local recommendations and clearly has a passion for hosting. We would love to visit again one day!
