Navigation Cottage is set right on the Historic Sea Lock at Heybridge Basin. It is a great place to visit with the picturesque canal walk where beautiful Thames Barges can often be seen, the Sea Wall walk past the lake Nature Reserve into Maldon or to the Marina. There are good pubs and the famous Tiptree Tee Rooms at the Sea Lock. The owners have built a lovely decking to enjoy the peaceful views across the garden and over the Lake. Perhaps book a trip on one of the Historic Thames Barges.

2 new bungalows situated next door to each other ideal for larger groups sleeping up to maximum 19 guests. One bungalow has a pool /table tennis table this holds 9. The other one holds 10. Lovely garden area with a 12 seater hot tub and outdoor seating in a rural location. There is also another 3rd bungalow next door which is detached and holds an extra 12 people if you need to book this. Please note only guests booked are allowed to enter the property.
