Fun weekend, nice place !

Wow! John far exceeded any service we have received over the years vacationing in the US & abroad. John took the time to reach out to us by phone prior to our arrival and made himself available to answer any questions we had. John not only sent videos showcasing his beautiful home, but videos showing how to find the casita from the gated entrance and how to find the trash receptacles when checking out! In addition to all of this, he also sent a link to the nearest HEB grocery store. This home was so well appointed and organized. Everything one could ever think of needing while away from home was there. This is a home we will definitely book again when we are in the area. As an owner of an Airbnb in Colorado, John’s service and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. We will be implementing some of his service and appointments for our own guests! Keep up the great work John! We look forward to a return trip soon!

This was a very wash and clear process. Pictures were very accurate. The place was clean spacious and very accommodating. Nature right at your doorstep.

We stayed at Bumblebee Cottage for a beautiful wedding at Blissful Hill. Peggy was a great hostess! The house was quaint, charming and rustic, exactly as pictured. The location was a short walk to the venue. We would love to come back again when the river is up!

Cozy place, ideal for a near but not in Austin getaway with friends. Very clean. New fluffy towels. Peaceful surroundings, however we were there midweek and never saw any neighbors so that may be why. Loved it was pet friendly for our pup. The one bedroom has a door that goes to the fenced in back yard which was super convenient. And the back porch was perfect for morning coffee or just to unwind in the evenings.

Quiet, private location. Love that we could take our dogs. Loved: spacious living areas, screened porch & deck (although we used it less than expected due to weather), bluebonnets. Beds comfortable, kitchen stocked. Bring bottled water. Loved seeing & feeding the deer every night & morning. We brought extra deer corn. Took our Roku for the TVs. We expected to have access to the washer/dryer which is in the listing. Wasn’t a deal killer, but we didn’t bring as many clothes because of that and weather got chilly. We knew the river might be low, but would have good to know in advance just how low it was as well as the difficulty getting down to the river. We had to cut our own path through the weeds. It’s a bit of a challenging hike. We were able to catch several large fish from the shore (bass & catfish). Can see lots of stars & sunsets. Overall, a very homey & comfortable place to stay.

We absolutely loved our stay here! After long days of watching our oldest daughter compete in the 4A UIL Golf Championship this place was exactly what we needed to unwind and relax.

This place was beautiful! It was right on the water which was just perfect. We went mountain biking on Friday at Spider Mountain which was about 15 mins away from us and then went to the Spartan race the next day that was about 20 mins away. So if you’re going for either of those this location is perfect. There were games & puzzles & dvds available. A charging station was included in the living room/kitchen area which was very convenient. As others have said there are spiders & bugs outside but that’s what happens when you’re by water. Also yes it gets rocky at the bottom to get to the water area so just be careful. But being on the water is so beautiful and we would love to go back!

The space was quaint and in a quiet neighborhood. I rented the space to spend Father’s Day weekend with my parents, and we truly enjoy the private and quiet area. The neighbors were also friendly as they stopped to talk to us when we were walking my dogs

This property is so beautiful. We were looking for a place to getaway from the city and Isabels place was perfect. So much love has been poured into this property. Our son ( 2 ) loved the playground and digging in the dirt at the creek, but most of all he loved the dog. I enjoyed quiet cups of coffee in the morning and chaos of my little one all day. Plenty of toys inside and entertainment for us outside. It was the perfect Fathers Day weekend..my heart is so full.. thank you for sharing this beautiful place with us.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was exactly as described with stunning views and a fresh, clean scent throughout. The location was convenient—just a short drive to restaurants, bars, and marinas. We especially enjoyed the thoughtful touches like the board games, Alexa for music, and the cozy sunrooms, which were perfect for relaxing in the morning. Would definitely recommend staying here!

This was our second stay and it was perfect. Very clean, well stocked, great location! Spent the evenings on the deck and enjoyed the quiet. Will be back again.

What a great little house for me, my husband, and our dog to get away from the big city for a few days. It had everything we needed and plenty of space to lounge and play. The views from the back yard were amazing, and having access to the river for swimming was so fun. We also loved how the house was isolated and quiet, but super convenient to drive to Inks Lake for the day, or Burnet for meals and groceries. Would definitely recommend this house to families with kids and dogs looking for a little out-of-the-city adventure.
