Right in downtown. So walk or uber rides $5 to $7 to restaurants and you can walk to a grocery store for condo breakfasts and snacks. Free internet and TV. What more could you want? Bring a clock if you need an alarm. Airport is a $35 Uber 40 min ride away.

Million Dollar views, Michelin rated kitchen and wonderful host/hostess to communicate with. Absolutely perfect place. There are too many positive adjectives to describe our stay here. We felt at home.

The apartment was tastefully decorated, clean and tidy. Greg communicated with us and flexible as our flight was delayed. The apartment block was quiet. Residents in the block were friendly. There was a cafe close by with excellent coffee and friendly staff. The bus stop was very close and took you straight into the city. Overall it was convenient, good value and a nice place to relax in.

Lindsay was wonderful to communicate with! She was prompt, attentive and very accommodating! There were many personal and thoughtful touches which made us feel right at home! Great location and very clean!

Maxwell’s home was an absolute dream! From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless—accessing the property was incredibly easy. The cleanliness of the space was top-notch, which made the stay feel all the more comfortable and relaxing. What truly stood out, though, was the interior layout. It’s rare to find a place where every detail aligns so perfectly with your vision of a dream home, but this condominium nailed it. The design and functionality of the space were unmatched, creating a balance of style and practicality that’s hard to beat.

Super solid place if you understand the trade offs. Vancouver is generally very expensive, for a multitude of reasons. I think this place offers excellent value if you’re willing to drive or get rides consistently. The condo is extremely clean and well appointed! Views are very nice - with a stunning backdrop. If you’re sensitive to noise, the port and trains are noisy, but not an issue if you’re used to city noise. Homelessness is not an issue immediately surrounding the area of the building, but if being removed from that is a priority, don’t stay on the east side of downtown or even downtown at all. All the appliances are in top condition, and you can have an extended stay here very comfortably, with everything you need.

Our stay in this condo was very good. The photos matched the actual surroundings and the hosts were wonderful to work with. The unit is located very close to the Chinatown Train Station (which makes access to & from the airport easy) and a stop on the "Hop On-Hop Off" bus tour very convenient. We were forewarned about areas of the city that were experiencing a lot of homeless people so that we could make sure that any walks were headed in the right direction. Very pleased overall.

Great central location. We enjoyed exploring the area. Sohee was extremely responsive and helpful. She provided very detailed instructions that made check in and check out simple.

Lillian was amazing! So friendly and responded very quickly. The amenities were great, view was fantastic, and my family loved the T&T market and Costco nearby. The trains below were a tad noisy on the balcony, but didn’t bother us at all while sleeping. We loved the location (only 15 min drive from Granville Island and 30 min drive from the Richmond Night Market). The key fob needs to be used *everywhere* in the building, but the free parking was fantastic and convenient. Loved our weekend stay for Mother’s Day. Thank you for everything!

Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others. It does get a little warm in the condo and there is some street noise at night but that wasn't a problem as I like sleeping with a fan on. The AirBnB is in a great location and was exactly what we were hoping for.

Great place to stay in Birch Bay! Dan and Sherri were great hosts, the condo was very comfortable and had a nice view of the bay. Very responsive and answered all our questions promptly and clearly. Would stay here again!

It’s a great place to stay. Nice and clean condo with keyless access! It was easy to find a spot to park right next to the condo. This place has everything you need for short and long stays. The host is very welcoming and replies quickly to the messages. Carmen proactively provided helpful information as well as an option to adjust check-in and check-out hours.

The location was perfect for exploring the city, with easy access to public transportation, downtown eateries, and chinatown. Thank you for helping make our trip so enjoyable. Davis place is clean and tidy. It is walkable to Chinatown attractions. It is also conveniently located beside a Skytrain station and a big Asian supermarket.

The place is exactly as advertised. Terrific central location. Ez access to Gastown, right by the water for walks or a run. Decent gym, great larger than usual pool. Clean, comfortable. Has a small private office with monitor super easy for work. Very well thought out secure building with a fob system. Our host was super - Responsive, flexible, gave us early check in, touched base during our stay. Well outfitted for a family with young kids , even has toys and games, though we did not have kids! Would stay again

we had stayed in the same building last year in our first trip to Vancouver and found the location to be pretty ideal. There is a SkyTrain station that literally within steps, it is across the cul-de-sac from one of the best Asian markets I've ever been to (T&T Supermarket) and the building has included parking as well as a very nice pool and gym included with the stay. The only downside is absolutely no fault of the host at all, but there are a lot of homeless and fentanyl addicts milling about just outside in the plaza. I feel bad for them more than anything, and they were not threatening or bothering anyone, a couple were even quite nice, it's just sad to see.

This was an excellent place to stay, centrally located next to the rail to get around Vancouver. Also great restaurants within walking distance. The spot itself was well maintained and provided all the amenities like gym, pool, and sauna. Only thing was parking was tough to find upon arrival, took about an hour to find. Otherwise, it was an ideal spot to work & relax in with great views of downtown.

the condo is very clean, well kept, great details and in a very good location. what I did not like was the noise level. although its the 28th floor but the street and metro noise is surprisingly high for such a high floor. I would still go back again to this place as the overall stay was good. also the 3rd br is good for 1 person that is very easy going as it has no windows, no ventilation and no space to walk around. again everything was exactly like the photos so no surprises other than the noise level.

Lovely accommodation with amenities and facilities! Only shame was it was quite noisy at night.

Very nice apartment, grocery store very close and whatever you needed. It’s just a walk away I would recommend this stay and I will also use it again when I go back
