The guest apartment ( FULLY RENOVATED FINISHED BASEMENT) is an addition to our luxurious home. A 2 bedroom apartment with one king sized bed, Queen sized bed and a plush leather pull out sofa. Pool l table. Large in ground pool, 2 cabana beds, fire pit and dining table. Pool and gated backyard is exclusive to guests. We include netflix, hulu and hbo max. THE (HEATED) POOL IS OPENED IN MAY AND CLOSED LATE SEPTEMBER. The pool is cleaned daily in the morning. The pool is exclusive to guests.

This is 1 unit in a 3 family house. 10 to 15 minutes walking distance to downtown shops, restaurants, Warner Theatre and Nutmeg Ballet. Shared huge garden, with Koi pond and pergola. Parking in the driveway for 1 car (possibly more, message for details). WiFi and Smart TV with some local channels (no cable). 45 minutes to Bradley Airport, 2 hours to NYC, 20 minutes to ski slopes.

3 bedroom house on a quiet street. 5mins down the road from ESPN and Lake Compounce. Kid friendly. Pet friendly. Workspace available. 1 bedroom w/ king bed. 1 bedroom w/ queen bed. 1 bedroom w/ 2 twin beds. Fully finished basement with 60inch TV, kids toys and fitness equipment/stationary bike. Deck and below deck hang out space. Though we aren’t living here full time, it’s still the place we call home, and we will use it when it’s not booked. Long stays welcome.

Perfect location to attend a wedding at Farmington Country Club which was less than a mile away. Stuart was incredibly responsive to our questions and needs. Very quaint cottage.

Shalom was quick to respond to every message I sent and happy to accommodate an extension for me while I was out here for work. Great host and the place was nice and clean. Quiet and a really nice back yard for my dog to enjoy! Plenty to do within 15 minutes with the amusement park, baseball games, and restaurants (some great Italian food nearby). We’d love to stay again in the future.

Jennifer was great! Friendly and kind. It’s an older house but very well maintained. The space was bigger than I expected and perfectly clean. It was 96° the day I checked in, but if it hadn’t been so hot out I would’ve loved the screened front porch and the beautiful backyard. I’ll definitely be back the next time I come to the area.
