Great views from upstairs, lovely private patio with garden/valley views. Free off-street parking. Upstairs, beamed living/bedroom with comfy bed, Smart TV& WiFi. Downstairs, well equipped kitchen-diner, shower room/toilet. 10-15min walk to Nailsworth centre with many eateries. Unfortunately unsuitable for those with mobility issues due to stairs/low pitched ceiling.

Easy access to varied local walks, commons, pubs, the Stroudwater Canal & Stroud, with it's award winning Farmers' Market. It has been lovingly & extensively renovated. All the rooms have amazing views & the kitchen leads onto a terraced garden, with an area to play boules. Dogs welcome, by arrangement please. Access by meet & greet or key safe. Off road parking for 2 cars.

Little Teasel is a former 17th Century animal shelter lovingly rebuilt to provide a detached ensuite bedroom annexe full of Cotswold charm. It has fabulous far reaching views. The outside space is the 96 acres of common land on which the property stands. Accessed via a stone track with parking outside the property. Good accessibility as just one door step. Cosy underfloor heating throughout. There is a king size bed and ensuite shower. Perfect for a relaxing short stay in the Cotswolds!

There are many walking opportunities locally and Nailsworth offers several fantastic restaurants. The cottage includes a fully-equipped bathroom and kitchen, a comfortable living area with smart TV, and a cosy double bedroom. It also benefits from a private patio and free off-street parking for one car.

The Folly is a detached 19th Century Cotswolds cottage. Newly converted from a farm equipment store, the cottage has an open plan kitchen and sitting room, with TV, Wifi and well equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Upstairs is a bedroom with vaulted ceiling and ensuite shower room. The Folly is charming, spacious and with underfloor heating and full insulation it is a comfortable and relaxed home from home. We have a 7kW charger with Type2 7-pin plug for charging your Electric Vehicle.

Modern Hayloft in Cotswolds

The hayloft is very old but we have converted it into a 2 bed suite (one double bed & one big round bed on the mezzanine) with a 'shed bathroom' and a large lounge. It is on top of part of our own house (above the kitchen) but has a separate private entrance and a door onto the garden. There is no kitchen facility - think hotel rooms rather than self catering! It is right in the heart of the village a couple of hundred metres from good restaurants, ancient pubs and independent shops.

In the centre of beautiful Minchinhampton, this detached cosy cottage is open plan in design and tastefully renovated throughout with plenty of modern conveniences. Set in our quiet pretty garden, and with on-site parking + Type 2 EV charger, a perfect getaway.
