It was built about 1840, and is a 1 story, 3 bay, hip-roofed, Greek revival styled frame house. SEE OUR COVID 19 PROTOCOLS AND SAFETY MEASURES below @ OTHER THINGS TO NOTE. In the huge backyard are two private fire-pits: one on sandy area on the river bank and the other to the right of the house looking up river. Riverside lower duplex enters from back/other side. *No shared inside space.

Gorgeous Lakefront Home | Mountain AND Lake Views!

Words can't describe the amazing lake + mountain views while literally hanging over the water inside the sitting room. The location is incredible, just ~45 mins from Asheville, Lake James State Park, as well as plenty of hiking around. However, you may not want to leave the slow mornings + evenings on the decks or by the fire pit. Featuring 3 spacious bedrooms, you'll wake up feeling refreshed for a day of activity. It will be hard to leave this escape from the world!
