This apartment is exactly what one hopes to find when booking on Airbnb. It's in perfect condition, fully equipped with every possible amenity, and has a special atmosphere that makes you feel right at home and eager to return. We absolutely loved Valencia, but our stay wouldn't have been the same without the kindness of the hosts and the unique charm of the apartment. The location is fantastic, surrounded by points of interest, great restaurants, shops, and parks—and it looks even better than in the photos! Thank you so much Beatriz and Dani!

A very lovely, clean, and spacious Airbnb. Looks exactly like the images and matches the description. It was in a great location, walkable to the centre. There wasn’t enough toilet roll for 8 people for 3 nights; therefore, we had to buy our own and left the rest for future guests. The check-in instructions were clear, however, the lock on the gate was temperamental for a couple of days and took a while to lock. It was a great stay!

A stay of 10! The house was spotless - everything was very clean and tidy. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the living-dining room and kitchen super well-equipped, and the bathroom is super clean. The terrace is also very cool, although we didn't get to use it. But what really made the difference was Antonio's details. Upon arrival, we find ourselves with water, coffee, chocolate, milk… a little detail! And the most beautiful thing: they had prepared a special little corner for my baby who touched our hearts. Also, although in the listing they did not appear a high chair or bathtub, I asked and in a blink of an eye we already had them. That kind of attention and affection is what makes Antonio a super host. 100% recommendable. Thank you for everything, Antonio!

Parel in Pucol, be quick because this is going to be very popular very soon. Peace, privacy, beautiful, super stay and host is perfect. You do need a car for the excursions nearby. The stay is super local and quiet, keep that in mind / not all restaurants are always open but by car in about 18 minutes in Valencia city center. The house super beautiful, view super, wake up and with a few steps swimming in the sea = magnifique. A direct hit. BUT, as reported, definitely need a car.

It was an incredible experience, the area is very quiet and safe, the property has everything you need, you just have to bring food, it is huge, ideal for going with children, our trip with friends had the place we needed to relax, disconnect, share and rest. The barbecue is strategically located and very comfortable to use. Definitely not 5 but 10 stars. You're sure we'll go back

Our stay was fantastic, as always. It's not the first time we've stayed here and it continues to meet all our expectations. The check-in was simple thanks to the clear and precise instructions. The place was spotless and perfectly matched the photos. Communication with Rory was excellent: always attentive and responding quickly to any questions. Beautiful place very clean and well decorated, a really comfortable bed. Very good for enjoying the beautiful beach, less good if you want to visit the city because it takes 40 minutes by bus and after 10:30 p.m. only the taxi remains. Overall it was perfect for calm and direct access to the beach. Rosana is very helpful and friendly. Valencia is splendid!!

Maria's place is in a great spot in town with access to everything you could want. The home itself is well appointed and feels very homey. Our family of 4 including 2 small children were very comfortable.

We stayed in this apartment with a group of 8 friends and we had a great time. The house is very beautiful, with attention to detail and very clean, perfect for a stay with friends. Although we did not meet the owner in person, she was always available and punctual in answering our questions, which we greatly appreciated. The location is a bit out of the center, but easily accessible: about 15 minutes by taxi or 40 minutes by public transport.

We had a great stay in Andres and Rocia's loft. The loft was very spacious, extremely well equipped and very quietly located. Distances to the city center and the beach were very doable on foot. Rocia responded very quickly to questions or requests we had. Really enjoyed the stay and it is not impossible that we will come back to Valencia again and then we hope to be able to stay in this beautiful loft again.

We had a really nice weekend at Jasmine's house. She was very attentive and kind to us, the house surprised us a lot because of its spacious common areas, how well it was maintained, and because it had all the amenities. We highly recommend this place, it also has a supermarket a few meters away and is a nice and quiet area!

Great location! We’re big walkers, so no problem walking 45 minutes to the aquarium, and 15 minutes to the beach. Washer and dryer were super helpful to have while traveling with our toddler. The place was as described, and they offered a very friendly, in person welcome! Would recommend!

Beautiful apartment just 20 minutes from Valencia, with easy access and a nearby bus stop. The view of the beach and pool is amazing, and the place was clean and exactly as expected. host were very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Both Daniel and Mariana were very kind and kind, and quick to respond to our messages.The room is very clean and tidy., It is very convenient to have a washing machine.But Mariana doesn't speak English... exchange basically can only be translated or send information to Daniel. Besides the exchange is great, the view outside the terrace is beautiful, there is a supermarket cafe breakfast place nearby and the beach is also very close.

Great place in walkable distance from nice restaurants and city of arts. Supermarket and pharmacy are available across the street. The apartment is well connected to all places of interest via public transport (bus stop is around the corner). Inside, the place is very clean and stylish with everything needed for a short-term stay.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is in a great location, just a few steps from the beach yet pleasantly quiet. The surroundings are familiar and relaxed, perfect for relaxing. The apartment was very clean and lovingly furnished. We found the amenities particularly positive: everything was really thought of, even beach chairs, beach towels and other equipment were available. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back!
