Bettina lives with her children on the floor above and is therefore always available for questions. Old building = you can hear us. Located 5 minutes' walk from Backnang train station, in the city center and despite everything small, quiet neighboring street (play street). City, forest & river. Quiet, right in the forest and on the river as well as right in the city. Beautiful apartment with its own large (south) terrace and wellness area with sauna. Direct access to the park-like garden (for shared use). Great walks are right outside the front door. The bus stop is only a few meters away (about 7 minutes by bus to the train station/city). By car in about 5 minutes. We live with our children in the house. We are happy to help with questions, tips and a chat.

My place sleeps 1-2 adults and is 36 square meters. It is a self-contained apartment/basement. Flat-screen TV and Wi-Fi are available. From a 7-day rental, there is a weekly change of linens and fresh towels and dish towels. Plates, cutlery and pots are available.

My kids and I had a wonderful time. Jan and his family are absolutely friendly and welcomed us warmly, a riding lesson for the kids was even spontaneously organized! On the very first day we got a guided tour of the courtyard. We were allowed to move freely on the farm, pet the dogs, rabbits, turtles and of course especially the horses. It was an absolutely perfect vacation and we would love to come back! The place was very clean and well appointed, we didn't miss anything. Many thanks to the wonderful family!

Arrive, be amazed. Meet Birgit. A human soul. The whole house is the same: with soul. In a word, the tree house apartment is: healing. Birgit's welcome was so warm, open and sincere. You rarely experience that. Did me good. The apartment is a special place. We were able to switch off immediately, breathing became calmer, deeper. A weekend that will resonate for a long time. Birgit is always very accessible, in person or in writing. You can rely on them, that's just great. In the apartment there is everything you need. Birgit also provided us with a lot of filtered water, milk, coffee... a great selection of spices, vinegar, oil... Great! Thanks again for everything, we'll be back.

Fantastic apartment in an amazing location! The apartment is completely new and comes fully equipped with everything you need. You'll find a variety of restaurants within walking distance. Sara and Tobias were extremely welcoming and helpful. I wholeheartedly recommend this place.

Quiet and spacious country house apartment near the city

We highly recommend this place, it is close to Backnang, in a quiet area. Albert and Tosci's apartment is very large ( bigger than in the photos), very well equipped, and impeccably clean. Tosca was in touch with us all the time and we felt very cared for. We were with a 1 year old and there was a crib in the apartment, along with linens, and there is a bathtub and a high chair, so it's very convenient for traveling with children.

A modern sauna interior features wooden paneling and two benches arranged along the walls. Soft lighting illuminates the space, highlighting the textured stone feature wall. A thermometer and a wooden rack are positioned on one side, contributing to the overall aesthetic of relaxation.
