We are located very near the Royal Berkshire Hospital and University of Reading. We have a bedroom, garden room and bathroom for people to use during their stay (nothing is shared). There is a separate entrance to the guest's accommodation and there is no access to the main house. We have a cat who sleeps in the adjoining room (our utility room), but will not have access when guests stay. There is no breakfast supplied. There is on road parking on weekday evenings and weekends.

Mortimer - Rustic self-contained annex

Springbank is a rustic self-contained annex (attached to the main house via a locked door) located in a secluded rural setting, a quarter of mile from the village of Mortimer, West Berkshire. It consists of a double room with a super king sized bed, shower room upstairs and a well equipped kitchen /sitting room downstairs, with a sofa bed. The annex was the original stable block for the Georgian brewery next door.
