Great place, with a funky fresh decor !!!

lovely little quiet getaway with some nice woodland walks nearby. The place it's self if cosy, modern and clean.

Peta’s flat was exactly as described.Lots of room for 5 people which we had at end of our stay. Details were sent by email and were very detailed in every aspect. The hi light was the beautiful garden with furniture we could use. Our family had a big occasion for a member which Peta noted. I would not hesitate to recommend this Airbnb to others.Excellent

Chose this place slightly randomly but am so pleased we did! Perfect location minutes from the castle and cathedral and lots of lovely places to eat with an amazing view. Had everything we needed and the bed in particular was exceptional- big, comfortable with lovely bed linen. Often that’s the bit that can let a place down but not in this property. Lincoln is a brilliant place for a weekend visit- so much to see and do. And our sons jumped on a train from London and joined us for the day too as an added bonus! We took the free walking tour which set us up well but I hadn’t imagined there’d be so many lovely shops and art galleries too. Plus live music and theatre and cinema and of course the beautiful music at the cathedral (I went to choral evensong) Thank you Valerie- will be recommending to everyone!

We had a wonderful stay at the Dormy House! Hugo was super responsive and friendly from first contact. The directions were easy to follow and very straightforward to access the property which is so delightful! We immediately felt at home in this spacious apartment set in an expansive private garden visited regularly by munjac deer. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need to self-cater which indeed we did - enjoying the long evenings eating al fresco. We did several walks from the house along the coastal path and down to the incredible sandy beach. And we appreciated the availability of a nice bath to soak in too! Trips to RSPB Titchwell, Hunstanton, Walsingham and Blakeney - all within very easy reach. We can't comment on local eateries as we didn't sample them, but Ronaldo's Norfolk ice cream available from the beach shack is amazing! Thank you Hugo & Taya for allowing us to stay in this very special place!

We had an absolutely fantastic experience at this Airbnb! The apartment was sparkling clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, with near by restaurants and shops. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. We would definitely book again!

Great place to stay, would recommend

Glen is a fantastic host, nothing was too much trouble for him. The welcome tray was amazing- the double yolk eggs went down a treat with my Husband. The lodge is perfect and in a quiet location on site with lovely views over the pond. Would definitely return and already passed details onto family and friends.

Nicola is the perfect host very responsive friendly and helpful recommending places to eat . Olive House is a real gem and has been renovated to an extremely high standard it’s spotless and very well equipped for a stay over . My sister and I really enjoyed our few days in the property. We loved everything about this air b&b, really clean and had everything we needed. We had three young children with us and it was perfect for them. The host even put a stair gate up for us ready for when we arrived. Really great communication with the host throughout the trip with lots of advice on where to go exploring. The location of the property is brilliant, just a couple of minutes to the beach 🏖️. Would definitely recommend, thank you!!

We had a wonderful short stay in Sue’s house. The photos don’t do this unique home justice. We would love to come back and enjoy some more down time here, especially in the beautifully peaceful garden. Thank for letting us stay in your beautiful home.

Great house, location was perfection for the beach and strip. Lidl supermarket was 5 minutes away. House was exactly as in the pictures and the check in instructions were perfect. Couldn't fault the hosts communication. Weather was not as great as week before but that was no ones fault. I would definitely recommend to others.

Wonderful hosts in a wonderful location! The Cartlodge is a fantastic apartment with a fully furnished kitchen and comfortable areas to relax in, and the surrounding area is beautiful. Simple drive into Grimsby and other main roads are close by. Jo and James made me feel at home from the first day, responded very quickly to anything I needed assistance with in the apartment, and made the experience really enjoyable and comfortable. Could not recommend the apartment or the hosts enough. Thank you guys!

Good small spot, worked well.

We had a great weekend break at the Hideout. The flat is light and spacious and the perfect location to enjoy the beach. The beach cafe below is a lovely sheltered spot for coffee or lunch, all good quality and reasonably priced. We have visited Anderby Creek many times and the swings in the sunny cafe garden remain our kids’ favourite place to hang out! Communication with Jason was easy and helpful. Thanks for a very comfortable stay.

Aiden’s apartment was spotless, & like other visitors who stayed,lovely smell as you enter the front door. There is everything you need to eat in, if not there are places within mins away & a Tesco 2 mins away - walking I did contact Aidan & wow he was very quick at replying. Great place, you will not be disappointed, will defo return Oh & not to forget a bottle of wine was left - lovely though Thank you

Excellent accommodations first a weekend away with friends. Loves having two bedrooms and a common living area. Much more comfortable than a hotel room. Also really great that there was a TV in each bedroom as well as in the lounge!

This lovely apartment over looking the sea is well worth a visit. Clean and tidy and reasonably priced. I will return when i'm next in the area

Jeanette was an exceptional host and Laura’s Loft is the perfect place to stay when visiting the heart of my home county. We stayed for the British Superbike round at Cadwell Park and found it the perfect place, a real haven after a day of work, noise and chatter. I would highly recommend Jeanette’s little Wolds haven and would definitely stay here again should the chance arise next season.
