Unique accommodation in a super quiet location. A stone's throw from the coast. Ideal starting point for bike rides in all wind directions.

The hosts are really welcoming and the tiny house is impeccable. In addition, an excellent breakfast awaits us upon arrival. The house is really hidden in the backyard. Silence is guaranteed. The garden is beautiful. The only small problem is the 10 Eu per day fee for parking that was not planned (new municipal regulation). And it's hard to find parking; however, the hosts gave us a good hand.

We stayed here for two off-season adults. During this time, the holiday park is pleasantly quiet. It is conveniently located between the beach and the village center. Both are easy to reach and we felt very comfortable here. We will be back next year!

Wow! Nor and Mat’s cottage was the perfect escape. The most comfortable stay with picturesque views. The home was immaculate, and Nor and Mat have thought of everything—including toys and crafts for our 3 year old. Their communication and instructions were great, too. The location was wonderful too—a short drive to many restaurants and stores while still quiet and peaceful. We loved our time there!

Very peaceful stay in a perfectly optimized accommodation, with everything you need and a very pleasant exterior. The host is very accessible and responsive. Access to bikes is a real plus: we were able to go to Domburg without any problems. Note: If you don't want to do the cleaning yourself, a supplement is to be expected. We highly recommend this listing!

Cozy, beautiful cottage. Super hosts who give you all the privacy and yet were ready to make a fire or if we asked something. We really enjoyed the tranquility and coziness!

We had a wonderful stay in the lovingly furnished guest house. Everything is available and everything in the apartment is described in a self-explanatory way. The guest house is very clean, the double bed very good and everything practical and nicely decorated. The location is great and a free large parking lot is just around the corner. Nel is very accommodating, quickly accessible and also responds very quickly. Katwijk is also very beautiful, especially the beach with all the beach clubs. Check-in was very easy with a lockbox. Thank you for the great stay. Absolutely recommended.

Very nice accommodation, great location, everything was great

We didn't have the pleasure of meeting Albert, but our exchanges were very pleasant. Albert is responsive, attentive, his explanations are clear and he gives good advice. The cottage is as described, very well equipped and super comfortable: it feels like home! Nothing is missing, including all the essentials! A real plus when you haven't done your shopping before you arrive! Albert also offers a linen option (sheets, towels, tea towels) so as not to clutter your luggage. The cottage is located in a kind of residential campsite, really very quiet, in the pretty little town of Goedereede. Ideal for visiting the area, and even going as far as Amsterdam (just over 1 hour by car). For us everything was perfect and we'll be happy to come back next year! Note for sensitive backs that the mattresses are not firm and a little worn. But Albert told us he was planning to change them. 😉

Very nice hosts who respond quickly and accommodate any question I had. Very nice also with the children and the alpacas around the house, which is provided with everything you need.

We had an absolutely delightful stay in the chalet....despite wet and windy weather we were snug and warm inside. Very private and beautiful scenary, lots of natural light inside as well. Would definitely come back!

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful week at Timo and Lineke's tiny house. We were able to get in a little earlier than the usual check-in time and we were warmly welcomed by Lineke. Inside were two delicious fresh boluses waiting for us, very welcoming. The contact went very well, Timo and Lineke respond quickly and are very helpful and hospitable. The cottage is great and everything you need is there. Serooskerke is a good starting point for the rest of Walcheren. By bike (possibly to be rented a stone's throw away), the many nice villages, but also Middelburg and of course the beach are easy to reach. In short, we had a great time and absolutely recommend this tiny house from Timo and Lineke!

Very nice little cottage with all the necessities. Amanda and Peter were always available and took very good care of us. The start-up of the hot tub was also very well described in a folder with photos, so we had no problems here either. Thanks for everything!
