This apartment offers a lot of privacy with its own sheltered garden and entrance. Downstairs is a cozy living room with open kitchen and the French doors provide plenty of light and space. In addition to the underfloor heating, there is a cozy wood stove. Via an open staircase, you enter the sleeping area, which has 1 spacious double bed and 2 separate single beds, partially shielded by walls. For bringing your dog, we charge 15 euros in cash upon arrival. All rooms are finished with stylish natural materials. The entire concrete floor has underfloor heating. The cozy living room has a sofa, wood stove and TV with Netflix (no TV connection). The kitchen is partly separated by the tree trunk kitchen table and granite countertop. The kitchen offers the possibility to cook with retro Smeg appliances and is equipped with a gas stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, combi-microwave and kettle. The bathroom exudes a southern atmosphere with a floor of pebble stones and river stone washbasin. There is a washing machine and vacuum cleaner in the enclosed laundry room. There is a separate toilet room. The sleeping loft is divided into two sections, with the luxury double bed on one side of the wall and the two separate single beds on the other. The room with the wooden floor and beds feels immediately relaxing. The apartment is within walking distance of the old town, where there is a cozy village center with shops. By bike, you can reach the beach within 10 minutes. The apartment is completely newly built and is cozy and very bright in atmosphere, you will quickly feel at home. You can cook for yourself, if you want. As soon as you step inside, you get a holiday feeling, as the decor is a relaxed beach style. The finish is very luxurious. Guests of the apartment may participate in the yoga classes of Yogastudio Ouddorp at half price. The studio is located next to the apartment. Guests have their own private garden, which is completely shielded by a fence. In the garden, there is a cozy seating area, relaxing chairs and a large picnic table. My friend and I are available by email, WhatsApp and phone. The picturesque Ouddorp is a small seaside resort with a cozy village center and a sandy beach of no less than 17 kilometers long. The nature is beautiful and the area is ideal for surfing, cycling and hiking. The city center is literally within walking distance. A delicious real bakery is around the corner. The supermarkets are also very close. Around the church, there are cozy shops and terraces. The beach is wide and wonderful, with a number of cool beach clubs. The bus stop is adjacent to the garden. Parking is free on the Stationsweg, right next to the apartment.

Mirror house by the sea

This small-scale luxury tiny house is smartly designed and fully equipped for a comfortable stay. The entire house features both underfloor heating and ceiling heating, ensuring a pleasant indoor climate throughout the year. The kitchenette includes a portable cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, and a Nespresso coffee machine. There are three spacious storage drawers under the bed, and next to the bed you will find a wardrobe with hanging space. The bathroom features comfortable underfloor heating and a heated towel rack. Plenty of towels and bathroom amenities are provided for your convenience. What makes the Mirror House unique is its special reflective glass: during the day, it is not possible to see inside from a distance, ensuring maximum privacy. In the evening, when the lights are on inside, visibility may increase. For this reason, manually operated curtains are available. From the comfort of your bed, you can relax and enjoy movies or YouTube using the projector. Each season has its own charm: in summer you are surrounded by lush greenery among the trees, while in winter it becomes more open yet still offers plenty of privacy – we move in harmony with nature.

Our detached house is located within walking distance of the beach and the Grevelingen. Our house is divided into a spacious lounge room (with a double bed and in the bedstee a bunk bed for 2 people), kitchen with living room, bedroom on the 2nd floor. Enclosed garden, private parking and play area. 4 bicycles are available and a canoe (3 people). Painting lessons by appointment in the studio at the back of the house. Supermarket 2 km away. Small campsite supermarket 500 m away, only open in high season.

The detached vacation home is located in a park in the dunes, right on the North Sea. The large garden is located on a small lake and invites you to grill at the large outdoor barbecue. The house is painted in shades of gray and white and is decorated with numerous works of art. Whether summer or winter, it is totally cozy. It offers an open fireplace in the living area and two terraces plus barbecue and handcart in the large garden. The swimming pool in the park can be used free of charge.

Beautiful house in the middle of nature and at the same time within cycling distance of the historic center of Leiden, the oldest university city in the Netherlands. The area offers ample opportunities for extensive cycling routes. In addition, within walking distance (800m) is a brasserie where you can enjoy lunch and dinner. We also offer the opportunity to explore both the Vliet and surrounding lakes and the center of Leiden on a luxury sloop, in consultation a lot is possible.
