The apartment is on the ground floor (without threshold) with a separate entrance, private bathroom & kitchen. The idyllic Flühmatt farm is located at 850 meters above sea level nestled in the hilly landscape at the gateway to the Emmental. The region is ideally suited for hikes to the Ahorn, the Hinterarni or the Napf region. The popular Heart Route leads cyclists just a few meters past the house. In winter, the region is recommended for snowshoe tours or sledding fun. I look forward to your visit!

The apartment on the first floor has: a bedroom overlooking the mountains | children's room/library | infrared sauna | dining/living room with Swedish stove & sofa bed | kitchen | small bathroom. The room height in the bathroom, in the children's room and in the bedroom is 1.83 m. The other rooms are of normal height. The PanoramaCard Thunersee (guest card) gives you discounts.

Art Nouveau villa built in 1912 with a large terrace 20 m2 and garden is located on the raised ground floor, a large apartment 80 m2 with everything your heart desires. We take care of the ambience. Close to the center and yet very quiet. A church nearby, but inside you can't hear anything from it, from midnight it no longer rings. The farmhouse from the year 1850 which was renovated in 2019 lies in a quiet neighbourhoor above the sea of fog. The flat has a seperate entrance and a sheltered terrasse with a view over the Alps. The terrasse, which is alined to the south is shared.

In addition to the hosts, friendly dogs, cats, sheep, donkeys and chickens live on the Bühlmenschwand farm. From here you can enjoy beautiful walks through the adjacent woods and meadows, or further discover the Emmental by car or bike.
