The apartment is very well located, near the beach and with many restaurants nearby. The coolest thing is the terrace because of the beautiful view. If you prefer to stay and enjoy time in silence, it’s a great choice. It's also very clean and has everything you need. And the hosts are very helpful and very responsive; we appreciated their help with anything. It’s a perfect place for a vacation.

Cannot recommend this stay enough! A real local vibe with beautiful Portuguese touches including a view of the ocean and a hammock for ultimate relaxation. We loved our stay in this cute, quite, idyllic town. Some of our favorite times of our trip through Portugal were here visiting Praia da Marinha (WOW!), Earth Cafe (best cappuccinos - heaven on earth), Le Crô (delicious tapas and amazing service). Our stay was all around incredible and utter bliss.

Perhaps the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. It was exactly what I needed after exploring the big cities. The property was exactly like the listing - if not more. It was in a quiet residential area but still walkable to the town center (less than 10mins). I LOVED the balconies, there’s 2 private balconies and both incredible. One has a sun lounge, and the other with a beautiful sea view. I watched the sunrise from that balcony one morning. It was surreal. I will definitely come back to Portugal just to stay at this Airbnb. Everything has well thought out, even little things like the outdoor washing machine and clothes drying rack for guests use. I would 10000% recommend this place.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The views are unreal, pictures cannot do it justice. Short walk to the beach and a pool right below! Gil and Telma were very responsive, we had lost power one night and Telma helped us fix right away. Perfect stay for our first time in Lagos and we would definitely return!

This place is at a great location, everything is at a walking distance. The place was spotless, and the host was wonderful, very helpful and accomodating, highly reccommend!

Beautiful place and area.

Probably the loveliest and cutest holiday rental I have stayed in - actually wished we could have spend more down time in the flat, but there is just a lot to do in Algarve! Everything looks just like in the pictures and Carlos and Eileen have thought of everything guests might need. The highlight is definitely the green garden with the outdoor bathtub. The kitchen is also really well equipped. Carlos and Eileen provided an incredibly detailed virtual guide, which included instructions on how everything works in the flat (including video instructions on how to operate the coffee machine, blinds, etc), as well as loads of great recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area. The bed is up below the ceiling, so it does get a little bit hotter there than in the rest of the flat, but with the aircon (which worked well and pretty quietly) it's totally fine.

We spent 5 nights in Mariana's cottage and felt very comfortable there. A small oasis of calm. We were able to make good use of the outdoor lighting, especially the pool. There were enough different areas. The private terrace on the first floor was lovely and private. We only used the kitchen for breakfast, as there are plenty of restaurants nearby. We'd come back.

Great stop here. Helena was communicative and we had a good stay. 3 floors, 2 kitchens and an outdoor bathroom/shower...what else do you need? Great location, a few steps from bar/restaurants, a few more steps to sand/chairs/umbrellas. Everything worked. Bed was fairly comfortable, one of the better beds on our Portugal Tour. We were ready to move in so thanks for the relaxing visit! Make sure you are ready for some stairs.

The stay was great, the house is worth it especially for the view and proximity to Arrifana beach. It has the essentials for a good vacation. An experience to repeat

We had an amazing stay at Hugo’s place - definitely one of the best spots in Arrifana! The location is unbeatable.. right on the beach with stunning ocean views and the peaceful sound of waves all day long. It’s the perfect place to relax and unwind. The apartment was super clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Simple but cozy, with all the essentials. Hugo was an exceptional host- very friendly, responsive, and always available if we needed anything. Great communication throughout our stay. The area is perfect for surfing with plenty of rental shops nearby, plus great restaurants within walking distance. Aljezur is only about 15 minutes away if you need supermarkets or extra supplies. Would absolutely recommend and can’t wait to come back!

Wonderful, peaceful and quiet two-story apartment 1 minute away from Old Town and 15 minute walk away from the closest beach and marina for tourist activities, 10 minutes to bus- perfect location! They even had beach towels and an umbrellas to take to the beach. The second floor deck was spacious and quiet.

Pedro's place is absolutely beautiful, with a grand vista of the ocean! It's clean and convenient and we loved it!

Beautiful, quaint and cute fisherman's cottage! Tastefully furnished, lovely and clean and very comfortable. We were expecting the bbq and terrace area to be accessible from the house and not down the road which was a bit misleading in the photos as it looks like it is an integral part of the house! We love Salema and the location to the beach was great!

Great friendly hosts who really made sure that we felt at home. Location is perfect - right by the beach. Easy drive to nearby grocery store and town centre. Home was very spacious and had a beautiful window. Enjoyed the stay.

Fabulous location! Beach, amazing boardwalk, and town very near, just lots of stairs! But that is beautiful Portugal! Views from porch were fantastic; everything you needed was in the kitchen and it was a very welcoming place. We didn’t use the pool, but it is a good size and well maintained. Master shower is a bit tight, but a big beautiful bath is 5 steps away, so really no big deal. I would definitely book here again if the opportunity arises!

Ben’s apartment was a short walk to the beach, multiple restaurants, and food market. It is in the quiet beach town of Luz 15 minutes from Lagos with lots of hiking and biking trails. I would definitely recommend this for other travelers.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kasia's place. Kasia was extremely helpful with providing us with invaluable information regarding things to do and places to go whilst in Lagos. We would definitely stay there again.

We loved staying at Marlene's place! The location can't be beat. The views were amazing and we enjoyed the easy access to the beach and the walking trails along the cliffs. We found the walk to town totally doable (10-15mins) with also a few restaurants even closer (Mar, Luca's rooftop, etc.). The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a fantastic week in Elisa’s apartment, the view is beautiful! So lovely to see and hear the sea everyday. It’s a short walk into town with lots of great bars and restaurants, we also easily got parked nearby. Elisa was a great host, very responsive and I recommend reading her blog with loads of great recommendations for exploring the algarve. Thank you Elisa!

Rosa’s place was great and exactly as described. Very short distance to beach and town (~15 min). She had recommendations which we appreciated. Check-in was easy. The place was as described and Rosa was super communicative. We encountered some issues after checkin and Rosa handled them immediately, which was so appreciated!! We had a fantastic week at Anita’s apartment in Praia da Rocha. From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcome – Anita and Antonio had left a generous guest pack including ham, cheese, wine, milk, water, biscuits and crisps, which was a lovely and thoughtful touch after our journey. The apartment itself is bright, spotless, and has spectacular views across the beach – which, pleasantly, wasn’t too busy during our stay. The location is excellent, with a great selection of bars and restaurants just a short walk away. Anita and Antonio were outstanding hosts – friendly, responsive, and clearly committed to making sure their guests have everything they need. Their detailed information pack was really helpful, and they were always quick to answer any questions we had.
