Freihof - Chez Annemarie

The historic Freihof from 1782 is an outstanding example of the rural building culture of the 18th century. The farmhouse, which is under national protection, was extensively renovated in 2022 in accordance with historical preservation standards. Great importance was attached to the preservation of the historical building fabric, while at the same time a contemporary use was made possible. Welcome to your home away from home! Our house is located in the Jura foothills just above the village of Pieterlen (Canton Bern). It's close to the bilingual (German and French) city of Biel/Bienne. We are also bilingual (German and English) and can understand/make ourselves understood in French.
