Completely renovated bathroom with shower. Private entrance and private small patio. Located in a quiet residential area (Solbacken) close to both central Malmö and the sea. Parking is available on the street for a small fee, excellent transportation to the center/Copenhagen/Skåne. We have no animals and speak Swedish, Danish, English, French and a little Italian.

There is a double bed, a sofa, a small dining room table, kitchenette with fridge, stove with two burners, oven and microwave. In the bathroom, there is a toilet, sink, shower and washing machine. In the apartment, there is also a fireplace. However, it is not allowed to burn in it, but some atmospheric candles can be lit. Free Internet and large TV selection.

Buses run frequently and will take you everywhere in under 15 minutes. The Airbnb is located on the 11th floor in a new complex in the trendy area Västra Hamnen. With two cafés across the street, a big grocery shop ICA Maxi around the corner along with several restaurants, you’re always close to amenities. If you want to take a dip, the sea is only a three minutes walk away. Malmö central can also be reached in five minutes by either bike or bus.

Vill man hellre äta ute ligger centrum en bit bort med stort utbud utav olika sorters restauranger. En idyll och få uppleva den svenska sommaren på bästa möjliga vis! Då vi själva bor i huset bredvid stugan och området är väldigt lugnt så accepteras inte några fester eller högljudda tillställningar under några omständigheter.

You can also easily and quickly reach Copenhagen by train from Hyllie station which is 5 km from our house.
