We were staying for a wedding in the local area and it was perfect for what we needed. The location is beautiful and the house itself is lovely and light and airy. Hosts were really accommodating and helpful. Lovely little place to stay if visiting Cheshire.

1806 Schoolhouse Cheshire

Not only was Penny’s place beautiful, she was an excellent and extremely helpful host! She went of her way to book us a taxi to our event the weekend of our stay. The place itself is lovely and cosy. The furnishing was lovely and was just right for a weekend away as a couple. I couldn’t recommend Penny’s place in enough, if we find ourselves back in Cheshire we will definitely stay there again!

Cheshire Cheese cottage

LeahRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We stayed 4 nights to sort out our furniture removals so we already knew the area. The cottage was a little hidden gem in a private setting with horses, birds, ducks and pheasants in the field. The hot tub was great for us after a day sorting out boxes and loading the van. We had amazing weather so dried off on the sun loungers. Ian couldn’t do enough for us and was friendly and chatty. The decor is a bit tired but it wouldn’t stop us returning or recommending to others. A wonderful stayin the beautiful countryside.

The Haystack Lodge

KarenRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We hired Haystacks Lodge to use as a family to meet with extended family and to attend a family wedding. The accommodation was first class, very clean and well equipped. Catherine was a really good host and welcomed us by leaving some lovely lemon drizzle cake. The outside space was great for our seventeen month granddaughter. It was secure with outside play equipment and she loved feeding carrots to the hosts horses. The village of Eaton was very quaint and Tarporely was nearby with local shops and good places to eat. It was an ideal location for small infants as it was really close to a number of attractions - Ice Cream Farm, Shire Horse Centre, Delamere Farm Shop where we went strawberry picking, the Hollies Farm shop and Delamere Forrest. It was also not too far from the city of Chester. The surrounding countryside was beautiful & the location was very peaceful. We had a 12 night stay at the property in total. It certainly lived up to all our expectations. Thank you to our hosts

Brook House Annexe, self contained, Bunbury

MaisieRating, 5 stars5 months ago
The annexe was the perfect overflow at Christmas, visiting family who live in the village. Harry was really communicative before our arrival and checked in multiple times during our stay. Great location, lovely comfortable bed, and we were even left some crumpets, butter, milk and prosecco which was a lovely touch!

Lovely country shepherd's hut.

NatashaRating, 5 stars1 week ago
What a gem of a shepherds hut! Everything about the stay was perfect. Kate the host was very helpful, she answered all messages quickly. I’m really fussy about where I stay, but I had nothing to worry about. The hut is so beautifully decorated, so tasteful and pretty. The hut was extremely clean and everything smelt very fresh and clean. Wonderful quality furnishings and such a comfortable stay. The hut is situated in a beautiful and secluded spot with amazing views and all you can hear is birds and wildlife. The garden is also very pretty. Would return in a heartbeat, we absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommended the charming shepherds hut to anyone.
