The apartment is in excellent location, near attractions and restaurants. It had everything we needed for our stay. The host was very responsive and even provided us with parking directions. Very highly recommended!

We were here for the second year. Same as the last year, exactly what you need from an apartment for a seaside vacation. Everything was perfect. Apartment was clean, we had all that we needed, swimming pool was also clean and as always the host is very friendly and helpful in anything you want. We strongly recommend this apartment. My stay was wonderful. The apartment has a wonderful view of the sea. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. My recommendation to Tomasz is to pay attention to the fridge-the freezer works well but the fridge does not cool well. My other recommendation would be to change the pillows or just have others-softer and respectively spare covers. Plus it would be if air conditioning was put in the bedroom as well. Otherwise Tomasz is wonderful and very responsive and always responded to as needed. Thanks,Tomasz for everything and until new meetings.

My friend and I visited Sozopol for the first time and picked Милена’s apartment because of the proximity to the beach and it was incredible! Very clean and spacious, with a porch facing the ocean. The neighborhood/street was also quiet so we could hear the ocean at night. There were also great places to eat nearby, and it was only a short walk to the older part of Sozopol. It was easy to check in and leave, and we would certainly hope to stay there again if we come back to Sozopol!

Villa Zigra was absolutely unique: from the location (built on a rock above the Black Sea), to the architectural design and furnishing choices, the place provided an exquisite combination of style, comfort, and breathtaking views from every room in the house. Rosi was incredibly responsive from the first day to the last, including returning a message we sent at 11pm one evening. We cannot recommend this place more- our family enjoyed it tremendously and would happily return in the future!

We had a wonderful Christmas with the family. The house is spacious and comfortable, enough space to fit 14 people on the table. The host did respond quickly when called and ensured we had everything we needed. We couldn't get anything on the TV due to the show storm, but that made our time together even better.

Fantastic location directly on the sea, very friendly neighbors, extra praise to the great service in the restaurant directly in the house - we had a great week and can highly recommend the accommodation!

A lovely rustic apartment above a pretty resturaunt in the heart of the old town. The highlight was definitely the balcony overlooking the bay with a fabulous view. Being above a resturaunt there is some mild background noise but nothing major and was always quiet in the later evenings. The island itself is mainly free of traffic and very quiet at night so you can enjoy the sounds of the waves! Also very handy for the fast ferry to Sozopol.

A lovely house with an amazing backyard. The pool was very clean and the water was warm. The villa is in a quiet location which made it perfect to work from or spend a quiet day in the pool/backyard, but taxis were easily available to get us to the nearby town whenever we needed a livelier night out. Lastly, Nezi was very warm and friendly. We're very happy with our choice to stay here and will be looking to return again.

Great apartment, great resort, looks like the photos, the gardeners are always there trimming the hedges or mowing the lawn so that everything is looking great. Fully equipped apartment, spacious and comfy.

A good place to stay if you want to go hiking in Vitosha Nature Park. There are some excellent trails through the forest to the neighbouring districts of Zheliznitsa and Simeonovo. I stayed for two months in July & August of 2024 and found the unit cool and comfortable. It's a good spot for a quiet getaway. Radoslav was very helpful after my flight was cancelled and I arrived a day late...and then the train didn't get into Sofia until 10pm. Responded quickly to all my questions.

Galina’s place was very nice. Having access to a restaurant and the beach was a huge plus. I highly recommend staying here!

Olena is a great host--proactive, responsive, helpful and engaged. She went above and beyond to help us sort a minor problem with the kitchen and was very present in getting us settled in at the beginning of our stay. Daria, her neighbour who helps with guests, was lovely, cheerful and took good care of us. The place itself, while a wee bit smaller than the photos suggest, was very comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped and everything worked very well. We enjoyed our stay and recommend the place to others!
