In addition to parking spaces available, the space also offers meadows for children's play, climbing frames, and swings. Only 1.5 km from the house is the resort complex of St St. Constantine and Helena with beaches, parks, post office and Lidl shop. The drive to the Sea Garden of Varna is 12 min. The house has a barbecue and a portable fireplace.
