Old lady place, with a beautiful garden and amazing sea view. All the necessary amenities for a relaxing time away - we had a great time there! The host Petya is an extremely delicate, helpful and sunny person! I recommend with both hands!!!

It was a perfect stay. Decent place where i didn’t regret for spent money at all, kind and responsive host, one of the best at my memory, scenery was beautiful, peaceful atmosphere and walkable access for the beach, groceries stores. Accommodation is clean, without dirty and spots. Finally I’m really satisfied and highly recommend this place for stay

We had a great stay , the apart was spotless and very well equipped. The access with the lifts within the apartment building, and down from reception, and down to the beach meant it was ideal for us having someone with limited mobility in our party. The complex itself was lovely, though as our visit was too early in the season, unfortunately none of the restaurants or the supermarket on site were open. That said, this would be a perfect location for families to holiday in.

The apartment looks great, is very clean and is equipped with all the necessary amenities. It's conveniently located right between the beach and the centre of town, and close to many good restaurants and bars, but the neighbourhood is quiet and peaceful. Having a place to park the car was particularly useful! The hosts were very reactive and helpful. We recommend the apartment, we really enjoyed our stay there!

We had a pleasant stay in a clean, well-equipped, spacious and well-located apartment. We are particularly grateful to our host for being accommodating with our departure schedule.

Oleg gave us detailed information on how to get to the hotel and apartment. The apartment is clean and cozy, looks like in the photo. Wi-fi is good. A few dishes to cook. Cups, glasses, plates, spoons - forks in sufficient quantity. There is a public transport stop near the hotel. Vegetable shops and supermarkets are within walking distance. Nice promenade where you can walk quietly to the city center. Although the weather was cool in April, it didn't bother us to have a good rest. Thank you Oleg for a wonderful stay.

The apartment is a great cozy top center option to stay. Mariana is very welcoming, exact and friendly. We'll definitely come back!

Great apartment, great resort, looks like the photos, the gardeners are always there trimming the hedges or mowing the lawn so that everything is looking great. Fully equipped apartment, spacious and comfy.

Our choice of the apartment was most successful. Very nice, cozy and clean apartment. The view from the balcony is a separate pleasure. The nature around gives a sense of privacy. The house is located close to the restaurants and shops you need. Pejman and Margarita are super responsive and friendly owners. We highly recommend this accommodation and we will definitely come back again.

We had a great time at Alexei’s place. The apartment is only minutes away on foot from beaches, grocery stores, and restaurants. The apartment itself is bright and airy - letting in the beautiful views of the sea. We enjoyed the pool as well! We highly recommend staying here!

Great place and neiborhood. You must meet with Cristofer, if you coming by the plane - he can drive you to the place and show around. We had some issues we the electronic lock, so I would ask for the key. A curtain in the main bathroom could be nice. For the WiFi you need to be close to the router. The place exactly as in the pictures, dishwasher wasn't mentioned, but its there! Overall great experience!

Olena is a great host--proactive, responsive, helpful and engaged. She went above and beyond to help us sort a minor problem with the kitchen and was very present in getting us settled in at the beginning of our stay. Daria, her neighbour who helps with guests, was lovely, cheerful and took good care of us. The place itself, while a wee bit smaller than the photos suggest, was very comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped and everything worked very well. We enjoyed our stay and recommend the place to others!

We enjoyed our stay. The place was walking distance to old town Sozopol with a gorgeous view of the sunset. There is a bit of stairs, so be mindful. It was away for most of the city noise, but you can hear some music at night (if you want the evening breeze). The place was well organised and equipped. Lovely setting with perfect level of comfort and worth throughout price. Suitable for couple getaway or family vacation.Hopefully, we would be back rather sooner than later.

Fantastic Stay, a great option for Families even with small kids! We had an absolutely wonderful time staying at Yanislav's place! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The space was incredibly clean, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect for us as we were staying with kids - walking distance to beach and a big park. a lot of options to dine out and a shop across the street if you are staying in The host was very accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed during our stay. We especially loved the well equiped kitchen, completed with dishwasher! It was the perfect home base for our family vacation. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. We can’t wait to visit again.

Beautiful, homely apartment in the heart of the Greek quarter and a stone's throw (or two) from the beach. The apartment is wonderfully looked after and feels "lived in". The host met us in person to let us in, show us around the apartment and answer any questions. We both left the apartment very reluctantly in the end. Highly recommended!

The apartment is in amazing location and had all the necessary things and even more. Very clean and comfortable home. The host was very helpful and had very detailed maps and instructions. If I ever visit Burgas again then this apartment would be my first choice.

We loved our stay at this comfortable and spacious apartment. Stancho was waiting to show us around when we arrived, and he’s super nice and helpful. It’s obvious that the hosts have gone above and beyond expectations to make their guests’ stays perfect. Lots of supplies, including a bounty of coffee pods! :). The location is convenient; mere steps from the Sea Garden and an easy walk to the pedestrian streets. If there were a category higher than Super Host, these guys would earn it!
