Wi-Fi, tv, washing machine, air conditioner are even included. Moreover there is a private parking. It is 5 km far away to Palau and 35 km from Olbia.

It is located in the Li Licciuleddi station a few meters from the main house, where I and other guests stay. It is nestled in a holm oak forest and surrounded by nature. Thanks to our central location, both the dream beaches of the west coast such as Rena Majore or Naracu Nieddu as well as the magnificent beaches in the north and northeast are within approx. 20-25 minutes by car. The top surf spot of Porto Pollo is about 20 minutes, and the Costa Smeralda in about 30 minutes.

Check-in was smooth – Riccardo, the co-host, welcomed us warmly and was very kind throughout our stay. The location is great: just 3 minutes’ walk from the quiet and lovely Spiaggia delle Saline, where we enjoyed a picnic and stayed until sunset. Cala dei Ginepri is about 15 minutes away on foot or a quick drive – also stunning and peaceful. The house is beautifully decorated, full of character and charm, with unique details like carefully chosen vases and beach towels. The kitchen is compact but well equipped, with an induction cooktop. My partner had to work and the Wi-Fi was strong enough for video calls. We also appreciated having a washing machine – small but useful for light laundry. Overall, a calm and comfortable place to relax. We felt at home right away!

Great house in a great location. Fully equipped, even with beach umbrellas :-) Martin is a very nice person, helpful, his presence is unnoticeable. We definitely recommend!

A fabulous place. We stayed for a week, and it was just wonderful. We were met by Stefania’s parents, and they couldn’t have been more friendly and welcoming. The house itself is lovely, surrounded by very attractive gardens. The surroundings are very rural, and the only sound was of the birds. We ate breakfast outside every day. The house was cool in the heat of the day, and warm in the cold of the evening. It has everything that you could need. We would absolutely, definitely, stay here again. Very highly recommended.

We had a great time at Bendettas beautiful place! There is everything you need in the house and Bendetta and her dad were super friendly and helpful. If we contacted her, she replied immediately. The place is very remote and surrounded by nature. It’s absolutely calming and beautiful. We will definitely come back! Grazie mille
