Very friendly host, willing to accommodate our every need, allowed a late checkout and accommodated our pets. We made use of the cleaning service - a wonderful willing and friendly lady. The host suggested restaurants, were often available for a quick chat and we felt right at home. Can recommend. It is a quirky place with lots of interesting items being repurposed as planters or decor. Not boring!

Thanks for a lovely stay. Overall, the house was neat, clean and very quiet, and Sunrise-on-sea is a lovely quiet town. The house is walking distance from the beach, and we felt very safe generally. The view from the upstairs bedroom is wonderful, and the downstairs views of the garden are lovely. Would recommend for a peaceful, restful and nature filled breakaway or retreat. Bonus points: The local Parkrun is only 1.7kms away, so you can walk there and back easily, and do the prettiest Parkrun with forest and sea views!

This is our second time at Anna's. Each time Anna has been helpful and ensures we enjoy our stay. My family has now made her place our new home whenever we come to Hamburg.

Comfortable, laid- back living, a quiet place to recharge. Friendly and safe community. Definitely, recommend a stay here. The beautiful beaches are within walking distance. However, a car is essential if you would like to see all of the attractions on offer.

The perfect spot if you’re looking for break from the big city. 2mins away from the most beautiful private beach and such friendly locals, perfect family getaway.

It felt like we had just stepped into a 5 star resort.Every room had two pieces of ferrero rocher chocolates as a welcome gift,this was a nice touch especially for the kids.The master bedroom had a bottle of Sherry which was also a delight for us grown folks.The house is an entertainment haven for both kids and adults.We literally spent every passing hour on that sparkling pool.We made such great memories there as a family.There is absolutely nothing I can fault this house on. The host was gracious and was available whenever we needed assistance.This house is definately one of East London's gems.

Absolutely gorgeous beach house, enjoyed the open plan living and the easy flow to the pool area. The rooms were large and comfortable and the bathrooms were spacious and sparklingly clean. Couldn’t have asked for a more perfect holiday home.

The house has wonderful view over the estuary and a fantastic verandah where we spent most of our time. Well fenced for those with dogs. Loved the rural atmosphere of Hamburg.

Antoinette is an incredible host, and her place is just perfect. She is kind, responsive and very helpful. Her place is on a quaint and tucked away road, but still just a quick 5 minute walk to beach, cliffs, restaurants and shops. She means it when she says it is "pet friendly", not only does she allow dogs, but her and her dog Spirit were so friendly and welcoming to our pup. I strongly recommend this place to anyone visiting- it's a gem! Also, her place is on the market, so if you're considering moving to the area, you can "try before you buy".

The cottage is gorgeous. We loved the modern vibe with the small wood and rock elements surrounding. The flowers displayed for our pleasure where a special, homely touch. The kitchen equipped with everything you need for a weekend stay. The indoor fire place was easy to use and the complimentary wood such a wonderful thought. Sending us weekend itinerary and markets made our stay that much more eventful. Friendless was top-notch. Thank you for an incredible choice to stay.

Very nice place

This was a lovely place for our large family of 19 people to celebrate Christmas together. Ample space for everyone, wonderful patio to socialise together, fantastic pool for kids to swim in all day. Ivy and Annita kept everything spotless and we had an amazing time. Thank you Maureen.

I really enjoyed my stay, the place was a lot bigger than I expected which was really great. I would recommend this airbnb.
