Great place! The owner is a very warm, attentive and helpful person. It was a pleasure to communicate and from the very beginning I felt cared for. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable life, including little things that are usually missed: from kitchen utensils to all sorts of useful household things. The neighborhood is quiet, already from early evening there is calmness, so it is a pleasure to sleep here. To the nearest supermarket is only 10 minutes walk, everything is close and convenient. And, of course, the view from the balcony is a delight, especially in the morning and at sunset. A real cozy place where you want to come back. Thank you!

This Airbnb was great! It was very clean, comfortable, and spacious, and it had modern appliances. Milica was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The location was about a 10-15 minute walk to old town Kotor (Milica told us about a shortcut to get there). The shortcut didn't appear on Google maps, so if you're gauging your walking distance into town based on Google maps, you don't have to worry about it taking as long due to the shortcut. Having a great view of Kotor Bay from the large balcony was really nice.

I had a great stay! The host was very responsive and helpful throughout my visit, always quick to reply and assist with anything I needed. The place is in a great location — just a 15-minute walk to Budva Beach and the Old Town, which made it super convenient for exploring. Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay in Perast. The house is in a perfect location, close to the small markets and restaurants, and an easy bus ride or 20 minute taxi to Kotor. The view is unbelievable and the host is super attentive. We planned to do more in Montenegro but all we wanted to do was sit on the balcony and soak up the surroundings! 10/10

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful place. We had everything we needed in the flat and all restaurants are nearby. Slobodan was really helpful and responsive. Check in and checkout were straightforward. I can recommend to stay here.

We enjoyed the view while sitting on the terras. The quietness and nature. We stayed 6 saus and on the morning of Day 4 when we returned homefrom early beach visiit, Elena had cleaned the appartement, we got fresh towels and sheets. Very Nice surprise. Elena gave some very good restaurant options. She also gave many beach options of which we enjoyed the most quiet one. Elena is the best host there is. The best host we ever had.

the only thing is it is private but the if we wanna drink and dance and sing after 10 that will be a difficult easily the next house people start banging the wall to stop making noise

Perfect for our purposes. Best area for Kotor Bay, easy to reach by car or bus. The views are stunning!

Nancy’s place was great - had everything you needed and is in a central location to everything (Kotor old town or the waterfront of Dobrota). Nancy and her husband are incredibly nice and always offering to lend a helping hand.

Marko and Marica were gracious, friendly and fantastic hosts. The property was immaculately maintained, very well prepared and with a superbly equipped. The location is fantastic, so peaceful and with a great relaxing atmosphere. Marko met us at the nearby petrol station to show us how to get to the property including how to navigate the tight corner. The first drive up and down was quite tricky but was fine after that and no problem in a large SUV. Highly recommended place, very good location to explore Kotor Bay from and an oasis of calm where time slows down.

We loved the house and the amazing views with superb sunsets. The beaches were a short 5 minute walk from the house and not crowded. A car is absolutely essential as the nearest bars and restaurants are a minimum of 15 minutes drive away. Kotor, Tivat and Budva are within 45 to 1 hour drive. We loved Kotor , well worth a visit. A small shop is also 15 minutes drive. The supermarkets by Tivat Airport are the closest big shops. The roads from Lustica Bay to Veslo are narrow and winding. Typical mountain roads. Be prepared to stop and creep past oncoming traffic. The local drivers are patient and pull off the road if it is easier from their direction. Ivana, the hostess was helpful when needed and arranged a plumbing repair quickly. Ivana also gave us good advice when we were " adopted" by a local stray dog ( who was so cute and very well behaved) He moved on after 3 days. We had a wonderful holiday and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to any adventurous people who don't need city life.

Everything was excellent and very nice. Clean and spacious apartment with great views, perfect for our family with three kids and a dog. Golub and his parents were most helpful and friendly – and did everything to keep us happy and warm in the winter. Will definitely come again and recommend to our friends.

Superb accommodation in a quiet location a short drive away from Risan and Morinj which have all the amenities you need. The size of the house was the first thing that struck us on arrival, equalled by the tasteful decor but then topped by the magnificent views from the upper bedroom and lounge. The kitchen is well equipped, spotless and well used in our case with the roof terrace providing the perfect breakfast location. Anja was always very quick, helpful and friendly in her messages and provided a great recommendation for the Sunday Market in Risan which is well worth getting up early for, a great mooch followed by breakfast and coffee at the sea-front bar. If you're looking for classy accommodation in a quiet location with views to die for Anja's House is the perfect place

The apartment is very centrally located. Kotor, restaurants and supermarket, everything is in walking distance and yet the apartment is very quiet. To the promenade you go over the garden a few stairs down - only the mosquitoes were a bit annoying here. The apartment is extremely clean and very well equipped. We had such a lovely stay with Aleksandra in Montenegro! From the moment we arrived, everything felt welcoming and comfortable. The house was spotless, beautifully maintained and came with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The swimming pool was definitely a standout feature and quickly became everyone's favourite hangout spot. On our first day, Aleksandra greeted us with drinks, which was such a kind gesture and made us feel instantly at home after a long and tiring journey. Aleksandra was also incredibly helpful in arranging a rental car for us during our stay, which made things much easier as we were a larger group. The house itself was really spacious and the kitchen was fully equipped, making it super easy for us to prepare our own meals. One of the absolute highlights was the balcony , the view was stunning and we spent our evenings just sitting out there. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and we are really grateful for Aleksandra’s warm hospitality.

We had a fantastic 2-day stay at this Airbnb in Kotor Old Town! The location is absolutely perfect — right in the heart of the historic center, just steps away from charming cafes, restaurants, and all the main attractions. Despite being so central, the apartment was peaceful and comfortable, giving us the best of both worlds. Communication with our host was excellent from start to finish. They were incredibly responsive, friendly, and gave us great local tips that helped make our short stay even more enjoyable. Check-in was smooth and everything was exactly as described. The space itself was clean, well-equipped, and had a lot of character that fit perfectly with the old town vibe. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches that made it feel like a home away from home. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Kotor — you really can’t beat the location and the hospitality!

It was a wonderful house in the center of Kotor. We stayed with 6 people very comfortably. It was 5 minutes away from the center of the city. If you are going to Kotor then this is the place to stay. Petar is a fantastic host and his apartment has everything you need for an amazing restful stay. The view from the balcony is one in a million. We will definitely be back to swim in the crystal clear water just feet from the apartment. Top Tip. Eat at least once in Moments restaurant on the road towards Kotor about half an hours stroll away. You wont be disappointed. Thank you Petar.

Located right in the heart of the very central old town, this place made us feel like a home. It had a clean and beautiful ambiance. We wanted to take the house and go to Istanbul, and it was very nice that they also took care of the😂😂 tourist tax and we did not have to deal with it.

We only have amazing things to say about Carol. She very kindly came to pick us up from the airport and stopped off at the supermarket before dropping us off at the apartment. We were so grateful. She gave us some great recommendations too. The apartment is right opposite a beach club which is brilliant. really lovely sunbeds and umbrellas (30 euros for a full day) but there's was also a public beach too for us to enjoy a dip if we didn't want to stay there for the whole day. The food at the beach club was also delicious. There are two amazing restaurants about 10 minutes walk from the apartment. Klacken and a waterside oyster and mussels BBQ. Both were exceptional and incredibly fresh. Perast is a 2km walk away where there are multiple restaurants, all of them lovely. But the walk is on a main road by the apartment so be sure to get a taxi. We had such a wonderful stay. would definitely recommend to friends.

The spacious apartment is excellent with the most amazing view over Budva. It was a great location for a short break within an easy 10min walk of the old town. It is set on a short steep hill which wasn’t a problem for us. The first floor apartment overlooks a lovely pool. I highly recommend this apartment for a small group of guests. You will not be disappointed.

The clean apartment and owner responded quickly and was helpful. The pool area was really cool too! The scenery was really beautiful, especially at sunset. Nothing to blame.
